Hers is an easy way to cover up those worn out ,torn splint boots you have. I have made these to be easy to put on with elastic on the bottom and 4 Velcro strips for a perfect fit. They are lined with fleece and are machine washable and tumble dry , to keep them looking good for the whole season.
