Hi everyone

My name is Kelly, I am an absolutely adoreable golden retriever. I love my doggy friends and I love humans, see how I'm smiling so much. I was once someone's pet, I was bred to be loved but then something happened and they stopped loving me, the nasty people took me to the markets to be sold for meat . I was rescued though, my friends I made were not so lucky. I would please like another family.
A family who will love me and take me for nice walks, in return I'll give you so much love and kisses and jeep your feet warm on cold nights.

Meet Qiwi, formerly Cristy. Nikki went with Shauna, Rupert and Angel to see how Qiwi is doing and to chat about Qiwis families experiences of adopting one of our rescues.

Victor, Vincent the poodles and Pancho the Samoyed and Stella the german shepherd. Look how happy they are with humans, look how well adjusted pups they are. Wouldn't you like to be their new mum or dad, teach them to give you their paw, teach them the first time they go up the stairs, show them the beach for the first time, show them what grass is.
Be their world ♥️♥️

We wanted to reintroduce this young man to you. It’s Sean. Sean has been in the shelter 7 years now.

He’s an amazing boy, he walks on the lead, loves people and such a happy boy.

He needs a home, he misses out each time.

So Nikki has started visiting our previous adoptees. Watch this page over the next few weeks for the posts to see how our adoptions are getting on in their new lives with their new families.

Please continue to share our adoption posts, we are trying to promote adoption from our charity. Our dogs desperately need loving homes and to not spend their days in kennels.
If you are thinking about adoption and wondering about how it works please message us and we can send you all the documentation that explains the process.
It's worth mentioning that we actively encourage fundraising for some of the adoption fee , from our new adopters, this not only helps you woth the costs, but it also opens up to the wider audience of your friends and family, who we wouldn't normally reach with our page and posts

Dear Friends

Many of you may not know how hard our small team works ( voluntarily) around the globe to run our campaign and to rescue dogs and cats from the brutal trade. Tet Lin cares alone for over 70 cats and dogs in Cambodia, yet he still gives his time to help us educate kids to be kind to animals. Here he is with the beautiful Jelly. We are updating our Amazon wish list in the next few days and need your help contacting some big pet companies to get us more supplies. You can also help us collect treats, eye and ear wash, leads, collars, safety gloves and other bits where you live, and once your box is ready, arrange for it to be picked up and sent to Tet and our other partners in Asia. Meet Fudge. Fudge is a gorgeous little French bulldog. Fudge is avaliable to sponsor as he is unable to travel.
We urgently need sponsors for our dogs who are unable to be adopted so that we can give them the best life amd meet all their care needs. Some of whom have large monthly medical bills.
Our dogs who are available for sponsorship are not just poorly dogs, some are too old to travel, some it would be deemed as unfair to put them through the journey and some are quite content where they are and would not benefit from being adopted

Hi everyone

I am Penny. I only have 3 legs, but don't let that fool you. I don't even notice I'm missing a leg I get about just fine. Running, playing. I am a very happy soul.

I did have my leg chopped off by the butchers and was saved just in time. I was rushed to the vets to save my life and here I am. Waiting for my new family to come and find me so I can live out my days as the happiest pooch ever.

Meet Pancho

Pancho is a gorgeous young Samoyed, he was rescued from a meat truck last year with at least 25 other large dogs, we posted the rescue on our pages last year when it happened.

He was on his way to the slaughterhouse and may not of even made the journey there, many of the dogs don't survive, the thousands of miles drive across China, crammed in lorries with no room to move, no food , no water and the temperatures soring, the dogs are tret dispicably all their lives.

He is now safe with us and lives with Vincent and Victor and Nicolette and Josette.

He's quiet compared to the girls, a very laid back Samoyed who just wants the simple things in life.

🌟event raise awareness day 🌟

Today we were invited to UK Greetings to bring our pups , rescue boy Rupert and ambassador dogs Angel and Candy , to raise awareness and educate on the meat trade in China

It was a huge success and we met some amazing people. We raised over £90 in just a couple of hours

Thank you to Heather for organising this and we can't wait for our next event.
You are amazing, this has enabled us to raise awareness to more friends.

Hi everyone, my name is Rebecca, I am a German Shepherd girly and I am a friendly girl, I'm a little quiet and reserved as I've not been treat very well but I want to be your friend. I'm currently in the vets and not feeling very good, I was rescued from the dog catcher with Luka, I had some bad injuries and Julia and the team took me to the vets to get better, I have some very high vet bills and they are still mounting up.

At the minute I can't be adopted as I'm unwell but I can be sponsored and a sponsor would help massively to enable the vets to carry on treating me as the bills are getting higher each day. If I can get better then hopefully one day I will be well enough to be adopted, but at this moment in time I just want to feel better enough to see my friends and to have a little play.

Hi everyone, I am Lucky, you might not think I'm Lucky because of my wheelchair, but believe me when I say I am super Lucky, i cant walk but I got these fabulous wheels made for me, I live at the shelter with the amazing people who look after me and love me so much, they make sure I can get around and play with my friends , so how Lucky does that make me 🥰

If I got a home aswell, well that would make me just the luckiest pupper on earth wouldn't it.

Hi I am Luka

I need a lovely home if that's OK. For everyone who followed Julia in Yulin, you will have seen me rescued from a nasty dog catcher, with my mummy dog Rebecca the German Shepherd. I used to have a home and was wondering around with Rebecca and then this dog catcher person caught us and he gave me some nasty injuries when he caught me as I tried to escape, he put us in his truck and then along cane Julia and the team and they saved us, without the chance passing of Julia, I wouldn't be here, i would already be gone from this world. So I would love to have a new home, Rebecca is still in the vets so I'm getting lots of attention a d being looked after, but I would like to find my person. I hear it's magical to be loved and have a person all to myself.
