The family will receive friends with a Celebration of Life gathering in the Fireside Suite at Collierville Funeral Home, 3863 Bailey Station Rd., Collierville, TN from 2:00pm to 5:00pm, Sunday, January 19, 2025.
In lieu of traditional flowers, memorial contributions can be made in honor of Terri Lynn Pollan to New Beginnings Animal Rescue (www.newbeginningsanimalrescue.net).

Smoky is a very sweet and loving little guy!

Smokey was found on the mean streets of Memphis by a sweet woman. He approached her for help from behind a trash can with a large gash in his rear end , skin and bones. After a lot of love and care he healed and is now ready for a forever home! He does have a scar along his back.

He will let you know when he wants cuddles and attention &/or to go out to the bathroom. He is fully house trained!

Smokey will be your best buddy & make sure your lap is never empty. A favorite of his is nibling on his blankets!

Shelby was found by a wonderful person running down the road. They hunted for an owner, had her checked for a microchip, and none was found. Shelby soon became part of the rescue! Miss Shelby was hiding something from us. After being in the foster/finders home for two weeks- she wasn’t looking so skinny any more! Surprise she was going to be a momma. She had been rescued just in time! Her wonderful fosters started getting the room set up- anticipating for the puppies, and what momma would need. On Christmas Eve Shelby delivered 7 healthy puppies. She is an awesome momma dog, and her puppies are thriving! Make your $5 this Friday count for this wonderful fur family in the rescue now! Penelope says she knows Christmas has passed, but she still wanted to show off her modeling style!

Meet Penelope!
She is an adorable pup who will melt your heart with her sweet and lovable nature. She is approximately 5 months old and currently weighs about 18 lbs. She loves to zoom around the yard, play with her stuffed animals. She loves to play with her foster brothers. Penelope does great on car rides. She loves her snacks at any time of the day. Penelope would do great with an active family or another active dog. She is almost fully potty trained. Penelope walks good on a leash and knows basic commands. She’s a super sweet, fun little dog. She’ll make a great addition to any family. She’ll probably be a medium size dog, but she has petite features so I don’t see her getting over 35 pounds. Foster needed for Callie she is 2 years old and around 25 pounds. She housebroken She does not like a crate she likes to be with her people but she does not tear up anything. She loves to go on walks and lay in the sun. She loves her time outside. She also like to lie next to you and just watch TV. She only barks if you try and keep her on a kennel. The current foster has a alpha male and he causes a few tiffs with her. other than that she dog friendly. We do not know about cats. She is not very tall and on the smaller side.
