Hi everyone:) just to let you know that the calendly booking system is not an exact for times, its more for numbers of dogs. Things will remain the same as before, and I will do my very best to continue to fit around each owners requirements and schedules etc. However due to external factors such as storms etc, times of dog walks may vary, thank you 😊

📣WARNING- LONG POST 📣

Hi all, firstly I would like to thank everyone again for their continued custom so far, it has been a pleasure walking each and every one of your dogs. However can I please politely remind everyone that as a small business I do require payment before each walk. I do understand that due to certain circumstances cancellations are made etc which is why I have been/ and continue to be flexible, but even if it is on the morning of the walk I will require full payment before hand in order for the walk to go ahead. Thank you for your understanding, however being self employed I need a certain level of consistency in order to be able to run effectively and continue doing what I love❤️🐕

📣Evening all, due to another predicted hot day, it may be that walks are carried out a little earlier than normal, as I am sure you will agree, the comfort and health of your dogs is priority. Basic hot weather precautions will be taken by me such as testing pavements, keeping dogs on the shade, reduced running and water bottles. Thank you 😊🐕📣

📣Evening everybody, I just wanted to give you all a quick breakdown of how i calculate my rates, as I get a lot of price enquiries. First of all the average cost for a dog walk in the UK is £14 an hour. I charge less than this for a solo walk.There are people that charge less, just as there are people who charge more. 📣

When considering who you want to walk your dogs it is worth noting that;
. I am fully insured (this includes limited Veterinary coverage) I have an enhanced DBS check I have a Bio Veterinary Science Degree and triple Distinction in Animal Management I have worked in dog kennels, I have been a dog groomer, worked in doggy day care settings and spent some time studying post graduate Veterinary Medicine abroad (to name a few)I carry out solo walks whereas most walkers do group walks I am charging for my time And I also have to account for petrol in my pricing

By no means are these all necessary pre-requisites in being a dog walker, but as a bare minimum please make sure that whoever you choose to walk your dog, treats your dog as their own, and that they are insured. This is so important and not only covers the walker but covers yourself as an owner too! 🐕🥰😊
