Unfortunately Gibson’s potential home didn’t work out, so this adorable emo kid with the unruly hair is back on the market! 🖤

Gibby is fully vetted, microchipped, house and crate trained, is super duper smart, knows basic commands, has personality for DAYS, (with a dash of little dog attitude sprinkled in for flavor), loves to run in the yard and play with toys, and be warned — FETCH IS LIFE. 🎾

He has some anxiety and takes a minute to warm up, but then he’s your dude for life. He’s short and long and floofy and kicks his lil legs when he runs and honestly his adorable-ness is truly next level. He’s good with cats, selective with dog friends.

🖤 ADOPT GIBSON! 🖤

3 y/o 13lb single gent ISO forever home. Suffers from a severe case of cuteness. It could be terminal we don’t know but sometimes he’s so adorable we could DIE.

Animated AF, sweet with a dash of spice. Vocal and opinionated and completely convinced he’s the center of your universe. If you’re currently employed you might wanna quit, because playing fetch with Gib is now your FT job. PT duties include (but not limited to) exclaiming over his charming antics, petting his floofy head, and your basic personal assistant duties. (He has NEEDS folks.)

He’s not just a looker though! This boy has BRAINS and he enjoys learning new things so one day he can achieve his dream of winning big on JeoPAWdy. So be ready to help him study!

Before hitting the stage though, confidence building is a must, as he tries to hide some insecurities with a big bark. Pretend you don’t notice, but really he’s just a lil guy who needs to understand it’s ok to not be a control freak and trust others.

Gib’s dedicated to his haircare and personal hygiene routine, (finally a guy who understands the importance of manscaping!), so he’s gonna need you to book his spa appointments on a regular 6 week or so basis. (Jot that down so you don’t forget, or the boss will be extremely disappointed.)

Despite his high standards and expectations, Gib is no stick in the mud and is happy to let loose, get dirty, and slack off. All work and no play make Gib a dull boy!

Prefers a relationship with no kids, as they cramp his style. But making friends with fellow chic canines and cool cats is totally fine after the initial cold-shoulder-too-cool-for-you act Gib has perfected. We think he’s watched too many 80s movies.

Ready to apply? The pay is…lacking…but that’s only in dollars. Gib will dutifully provide IOU’s. (You’re gonna want to hang onto those.) But til the millions he plans to inherit come to fruition, he’ll pay you with love, adoration, laughs, and by always doing his duties outdoors. (He does expect you to pick those up. Sorry.) Bonuses available in the form of helping tidy up. He’ll gladly pick up things you drop around the house and return them to you. CUTE!

😭😭 MISFIT FAM. WE ARE BROKE. 😭😭

It’s $5 Friday and we need your help more than ever. I’m absolutely devastated to share that some heartless a@ stole the rescue’s banking info and drained our account. Actually, they stole MORE than we had, over-drafting our account and leaving us in a deficit to the tune of several hundred dollars. Idk who steals from a non-profit organization, but I personally hope that bits of them slowly and painfully shrivel up and fall off. And that they step on a lego barefoot every day for the rest of their sad existence. 🤬

Anyway, we still have animals in our care who require vetting along with the cost of our day to day operations. I’m in the process of sorting this out and attempting to recoup funds from our bank, but it’s not going to happen quickly as I’m learning. In the meantime, we are in DESPERATE need of donations to help get us back on our feet. No amount is too small, and shares to help us get our plea out there are also appreciated. 🖤

As if the misfits didn’t have enough going against them. This is an all time low for us, literally and figuratively. It’s frustrating, disheartening… a massive blow to our morale and mission. We hate to beg but find ourselves in a position where we have no other options. Please help us help the little lives we’ve committed to saving.

💙We finalized William’s adoption today!!!💙

He absolutely adores his big doodle brother, Bogie, and copies everything he does! They’re like little mis-matched twins. 🥹 It’s the cutest thing ever!

William has also flawlessly adapted to being a family dog, and is eating up all the attention he’s getting from his 3 little girls! He gets to go pretty much everywhere the family goes, and just today had a new adventure walking to a local farmer’s market. 🧑‍🌾🚜🌾

We love watching our babies find their forever homes and get the happily ever after they all deserve. 🥰 Congrats William! You’re going to have the BEST life!

William had an absolutely wonderful meet and greet the other day, and is officially in his 2 week trial! He’s loving zooming in the fenced yard with his new doodle buddy, Bogie, taking walks with the family, playing with toys inside with “his” 3 little girls, and cuddling up for naps once he’s all puppy-d out, lol! 🩵
