Full-Time | Based in Price & Castle Dale, Utah

We’re looking for a Veterinary Business Support Specialist—a calm, organized, and people-focused individual who can help us build the kind of veterinary practice where both animals and people thrive.

You won’t just be answering phones or filing papers. You’ll be the connector between vision and reality—supporting the clinic owner (who also wears the hats of veterinarian, business leader, and innovator) by making sure important systems don’t just get built—they get used, improved, and sustained.
-What You’ll Be Doing
Keep our staff growing
– Follow up on training progress, encourage accountability, and support onboarding and development
Help the owner stay focused
– Track action items, organize tasks, and ensure plans don’t fall through the cracks
Support smart inventory and invoicing
– Coordinate requests, check stock, and make sure supplies don’t run out
Bring structure to our tools
– Use our clinic software (Pulse) to help create bundles, treatment templates, and smoother workflows
Strengthen communication
– Coordinate schedules, support staff meetings, and help the right info reach the right people
Support special projects
– From grant applications to new ideas in our startup “Sperm In-Cyte,” you’ll be an extra set of eyes and hands
Contribute to our marketing efforts
– Help us celebrate success stories, communicate with clients, and grow awareness

Work Location
You’ll split time between our two clinic locations: Emery Animal Health in Castle Dale and Carbon Animal Health in Price.
Full-time role with some flexibility, but does require in-person availability.
