The rescue will be having a bake sale this Tuesday in hopes to raise donations in preps for the winter! Hay and veggie prices spike in cold seasons and we like to make sure we are prepared for our piggies! Please come out and grab something sweet!

This lady contacted us saying she took in 3 pigs that were abandoned in a box on side of the road and she cannot keep them. We are full so unfortunately we cannot take them.
From owner: 3 guinea pigs. I believe they are all males.
They are skittish but don't seem to mind being held. They are very active with very healthy appetites. They do sometimes get into arguments with each other. I'm glad to do whatever works to get them into a permanent home. The adopter is welcome to all the supplies I have for them.

Owner- They are both 8 month old, male, short haired American Guinea pigs, they enjoy playing tag with each other, sharing their treats together, and they love watching tv with me!

His name is Jackson (he responds when you say his name) and he's a 5-6 month year old male.
He's very shy around people but opens up pretty quickly. He loves tomatoes and carrots!
He's pretty dominant and might be better by himself or in a separate cage near other piggies. He did have a cage mate before I got him, so with the right amount of time and patience he might be able to be bonded.

Little Survivor story 💜
We got a call about a guinea pig running loose in a subdivision. The lady manage to catch it after finding it had been in a cats mouth. The sweet lady knew nothing about the care for piggies so she made the call to us. We took sweet Bailey in and immediately began giving her the medical care she needed. Her little eye was affected the most although if you look at her today you could never tell. We call it her special eye 😉
Zola came to us as a lonely single pig. Healthy as can be we knew we had to find her a roommate. Once Bailey got a clean bill of health we introduce them. INSTANT connection. We got popcorns from both piggies. They now live happily bonded together awaiting their fur ever loving home!!
As a celebration for the 4th, the rescue will be giving away a pigloo and cuddle sac with every adoption for the month of July!!
