Heat Wave... napping after breakfast. Almost there.

I know the new way to calculate using timing from ovulation but I've used the standard Whelping Calendar since my parents started in 1964. I pick the day between the two breedings and 95% of the time that is is right on.

Canine breeding management centers hinges on ovulation timing. Ovulation timing is important because it is critical to have viable spermatozoa in the bitch's oviducts at the time the eggs are mature and ready to be fertilized.

11 years ago this magical litter arrived at Encore. Co-bred with friends Jan & Richard Mumford.

Our beautiful Luna, GChS. Encore's Over The Moon, DOM produced 8 lovely babies with sire Heromiari Faust at Ronin CGCB SOM completing his SOM status with this one litter - 7 champions. So many wonderful memories. Many thanks to all who opened their homes to one of this special crew and provided them with an amazing life.
