Isis show cluster in Bundaberg were the first shows of the year and the Carenci team had a blast. Good friends, good dogs and a few nice wins to top it off. The surprise of the weekend was "Squeaks", Carenci Warrior Princess. Squeaks or Pipsqueak was runt of her litter and has always been a battler. My daughter Nanci, declared that she was going to be her corgi from a very young puppy. So Squeaks has been vet assistant, farm dog and all round great pet and company for Nanci. While she has been staying with me over Christmas, I realised what a lovely breed type she is, so thought to take her to a show for a bit of fun. And fun she had, taking to this show gig with confidence and charisma.
Over the weekend, Squeaks acheived
Puppy sweeps 2nd
2 x Puppy of Breed
2 x Runner up BCC
Thank you Melody for handling Maverick and Eclipse beautifully with Eclipse receiving a Bitch CC and 2 x Intermediate in group. The wonderdog Harry received 2 runner up in Neuter sweeps for Melody also.

Rhythm, "Carenci Rhythm and Blues" is a sweet natured girl who is just over 2 1/2. Rhythm was showed sparingly as a youngster, but did not really enjoy it. UPDATE: Rhythm has found her perfect family and will enjoy being the centre of attention. 💕

Squeaks knows just where to stand to catch any milk that might drip. Smiling big to see if Mazzy might just share some? She spends the rest of the day trying to herd her.

Maverick "Ch Carenci Top Gun Fighter" got mail today. It was a proud breeder moment to receive the paperwork for his title and accompanying breeder certificate.

Juno, "Carenci Drops of Jupiter" is a striking tri girl who knows how to steal hearts! At the Mackay cluster this past weeeknd she earned the last of her 100 points to now be known as an Australian champion.
Juno is sired by Ch Dygae Final Edition x Carenci Spice of Life (Ch Fergwyn Like My style).
Huge thanks to Dianne Baille and Fiona Baird for allowing me to use the gorgeous Comet and of course Michelle Young for letting Murphy light up our lives!
They say it takes a village and I am so appreciative of mine!

Smudge, "Carenci Wild Wild West"
Now 8 weeks old and ready for his first vet check tomorrow. Smudge has recently become available due to a change of circumstances. He is a lovely, cuddly boy with his father, Jackpot's quirky comedic nature.
Update: Smudge has found his family 😊
