To have my own Precious Pups Palace is a dream come true.......
I have years of experience with dogs, being raised with them from birth.

As a child our family doggies were two poodles Silver and Cindy-Lou, after we lost them we then went on to have a little cross breed; Timmy Tuppence...who sadly suffered with fits......and only lived to be seven. At the age of thirteen my family and I rescued a very ill treated Border Collie whom I named Tassle, she came from a farm; her life had been hell.........she was terrified of men, lawnmow

ers, hoovers and traffic. My dear Mum Dad and I spent hour upon hour coaxing her round, she became the most beautiful pet. I went to obedience training classes and agility with her; we went on to win many awards for both activities. I also had a Chihuahua called Cherry Blossom at the same time (again rescued) who became her best friend! Over the past sixteen years I’ve had my darling Nimo and Dollie........Yorkies, whom I adore xx Sadly little Dollie passed away in February 2014, hence my new ‘vocation’ and in all reality my dream job........caring for your dear doggies x

PLEASE NOTE;
We do have a few rules here at Precious Pups....so we ask for the following;

That your doggy....
- mixes well with other doggies
- if he/she has any little 'issues' that you tell us up front please......ie; jealousy, food guarding, territory marking etc.....
- is spayed or neutered (age relevant)
- is fully vaccinated, flea treatment and wormed
- is fully house trained

How we work;
Once dates have been discussed and confirmed we will make an appointment for you to come and meet us........this will be a brief meet where we will meet you outside our home.....go for a short walk and then enter our home as one 'family'....this is much less stressful for your doggy. Another date will be made for you to drop your doggy off to spend a couple of hours or so with us, to make sure that he/she seems settled in our company. We then progress to a playday.........just to ensure that your pup is totally happy with us and our surroundings, he/she will also accompany us on a walk. The playday will be charged at the rate appropriate to the size of your doggy. Bank Holidays are charged at 'time and a half'. PAYMENT;
Bank Transfer please, either prior to collection or within 24 hours or cash on collection. On a formal note; I am fully insured and CRB checked.

This gorgeous boy is looking for his forever home……through no fault of his own.

Rescued from a kill shelter in Spain, he’s around 1 year old, full of beans and has the loveliest nature.
All he wants to do is play with other dogs, he’s not aggressive at all.
He has been neutered according to AADR.

He hasn’t been tested around cats or children.
He needs some ongoing training, as his recall is 50/50.

Little Jack 💙 ###

More sad news……

Dear Little Jack sadly passed away this morning………

Rescued by his loving Mummy and Daddy from an awful life in a puppy farm…….when we first met him he was scared of his own shadow and spent lots of time under the dining table watching the other doggies play…….
Through gentle persuasion we gradually gained his confidence and taught him to play…….which bought him right out of his shell!

He loved coming to see us, and when his Mummy was getting his belongings ready he would get so excited…….then on pulling up outside he would jump out of the car and come to the front door all by himself, strutting in like he owned the place!

He became great friends with my dear old foster boy Danny…….they both recognised they were of the same ‘little legs’ stature……xx

Latterly we knew he was slowing down due to thyroid problems, but he was still able to join us and enjoy short walks and still loved the company of the other doggies….especially the girls!

We will miss you Little Jack, but we won’t miss your piddles up the poufee!

Charlie 💙 ###

Very sad news…….

Dear Charlie passed away this morning……loved beyond measure, he had such a wonderful life with his Mummy and Daddy going absolutely everywhere with them……

We will fondly remember him for finding tennis balls we never even knew we had!!
He was champion at catching them and soon let you know if you didn’t throw them quick enough for him!

Hoping there’s a plentiful supply for you over rainbow bridge Charlie 🌈🎾 ###
