This is our gorgeous Mary ❤️❤️❤️

Her show career was over a few years ago and she had a lovely litter to Coldy

With nothing to prove we recently offered her for a family forever home - the most amazing home came along and Mary is besotted with her new family

Who wouldnt be - living the dream of soft snuggly cushions, humans to dote on just me plus my new family love taking me to the beach

Mary is 7 years young and looks fabulous and we cannot thank Alison each for getting Mary a fabulous home

Yes it breaks our heart but its the right thing for dogs to have amazing one on one family experiences ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Kennel cough can last from a day to several weeks, but it also can make a dog very unwell.

Signs of kennel cough may be:
🐾 Persistent dry, hacking cough
🐾 Eye and nasal discharge
🐾 Sneezing and snorting
🐾 Fever
🐾 Lack of appetite
🐾 Lethargy

Like upper respiratory infections in humans, kennel cough will resolve with time & medical treatment.

During a consultation, your veterinarian will prescribe medication and advise you how best to care for your dog during their recovery.

During their recovery, ensure they are eating and drinking, as well as isolating from other dogs as it is highly contagious. If your dog stops eating, drinking, or becomes more lethargic take them back to your vet immediately for reassessment.

If your dog shows any symptoms of Kennel Cough, please keep them home and don’t take them off your property - except to go to the Vet.

Its the time of year when dogs attend boarding kennels and although vaccinated may still contract kennel cough. Lots of new puppies in neighbourhoods and vistong dogs sp be vigilant.
