Paws and Claws Mobile Veterinary Technician Services Services for your furry friends! Includes nail trims, bathing, ear cleaning, medicating and more!

All animals must be current on Rabies vaccine at the time of service!

If your pet is not up to date when I arrive I will require the trip fee be paid at minimum. This requirement allows me to be safe when handling your pet.

A liability waiver must be signed prior to the service.

If you plan an appointment with me, please give me a heads up the night before if possible so I can get another client in your spot. I have had quite a few people scheduled and then same day cancel. I try to work with everyone on times and I’m pretty flexible. Now granted I know things come up or I’m in the hog barn and just don’t see your message, but please give me a heads up.

If I get a person who backs out multiple times I will not be taking them on as a client.

I do these services to help others and I want to continue them. So please be courteous of my time.

Nail trims

Large breed dogs-$20
Medium breed dogs-$15
Small breed dogs-$10
Pocket pets(gerbils, rabbits, ferrets, rats)-$15-20
Dremel ONLY-$30 no matter size
Dremel Add on-$10 extra!

Any Elderly person needing a nail trim I will do for free with a trip charge!

Cats and Dogs-$20

Bathing

Large breed(short hair)-$30
Large breed(long hair)-$50
Medium breed(long hair)-$40
Medium-small breed(short hair)-$20

A**l Glands-$30

Soft paw application-$35(kitty claw caps for your kitties claws)

Pet Sitting(ONLY JASPER RESIDENTS!) pm me for info!

Trip charge will be determined by where you live! If you live within 15 your charge will be $15. Anything more will be charged $1 a mile extra! I will use google maps to help me out.

All clients new and old will sign a liability waiver to keep you and I safe!

All pets who need rabies (cats and dogs mainly!) will need to show proof of vaccination status before the service can begin. If I come and you cannot show proof I will charge the trip fee.

Hours are M-F 3:30-6

Going into 2025 there will be some changes!

🐶 ALL clients new and old will sign a liability wavier for 2025!

🐈 Certain prices will be increasing! For clients who do multiple pets, there will be a discount! (2 or more!)

🐩 Hours will be 3:30-6 Monday-Friday(No weekends)

🐇 I will include pocket pet nail trims!(prices TBD)(Rabbits, mice, gerbils and more!) No birds at this time!

🦜 Elderly people get trims for free! Trip charge applies though! (I will post more on this later!)

🐁 I may consider doing dremel trims for an additional fee!

I do charge a trip fee if you do not live in Jasper! Garretson/pipestone ranges from $15-$20 depending on how far away you are! Anything over 12 miles I charge a trip fee.

With that being said, if your pet is not up to date with its rabies at the time of service and I drive to you, you will be charged at minimum a trip fee.

With new people joining the page I’d like to introduce myself again!

My name is Ashley Carlson. I graduated Veterinary Technician school in 2021. I now live in Jasper MN with my husband. I enjoy helping people and pets in any way I can! I love to volunteer and support local shelters.

I currently have three kitties 🥰 Goose, mallard and turkey! All rescues! I did have a horse, but I sold him to a very sweet girl to afford a step up horse! I would love a lab as it is my favorite dog breed!

About my small side hobby!

I mainly do this for extra income and to assist people:)! I enjoy doing this and teaching people how to properly care for their pets!

I get asked if I am a groomer and I am not. I mainly bathe to help the owner keep the pet in the tub😅🤣 From the crazy lab to the not to tolerant kitty!

I do bathing, nail trims, ear cleaning, medicating and pet sitting! I mainly pet sit for friends and family though unless you live in Jasper!

This is a strictly travel hobby as I do not allow animals in my home. I travel to your place for comfort and ease. I also do this solo so we will have to figure out who can hold for me. I can teach you how to properly hold for your safety and mine.

1. Your pet is at ease in your home
2. I take the time to get to know the pet
3. You’re able to see and speak with me about your pet and ask questions!
4. I can teach you how to properly trim your pets nails (even the scary black ones!)
5. Using me service is like shopping local! You spend your money on quality and care!
6. I went to school and have worked in clinics for almost 3 years and have a good amount experience:)
7. I have a great attitude and get along with people and pets!
