About Woof as a Second Language

With over nine years of training experience, Emily Garland is the Training Supervisor for the Regina Humane Society’s Training Program, which she created from scratch to the 20+ classes a semester it is today.

Despite the many classes she teaches each semester, her specialty lies in the Behaviour Modification of Leash Reactivity and other unwanted behaviours. Teaching more and more behaviour modification, she wished to reach more families in need of good quality, affordable dog training.

In order to help serve more families in need of assistance, Emily is now available for limited daytime private lessons outside of the shelter. Whether you want to start your puppy on the right paw, desire bombproof manners, wish to train for therapy or other pursuits, or need to reign in problematic behaviour, Emily can get you and your dog working and playing on the path to your goals.
