Anyway, she is much too fine a lady to be in the outrageously loud shelter! She is about 18 months old and after she decompresses for a few days we will provide more details. Friends of MCAS pulled him from the shelter and has started his treatment.
He would love a foster home to recover in (he is in a temp foster home who is going out of town) . Nothing he has is contagious! All supplies are provided.

Valerie, you sweet cuddlebug! An absolute gentle and gorgeous pup, Valerie has been with us since MAY! She is amazing in her crate, outside, and on the leash. She adores her humans, gets along with everyone and everything. A little timid to start but once she gets to know you, it’s tail wags and kisses and those puppy eyes. We don’t know if Valerie ever had much love or attention because she just loves to be pinned as close as possible, even on walks!

Valerie is a Curr mix, roughly 50lbs and under 2 years old. Would you please give her a chance at a new life? It would be so wonderful that she finally gets to have her own family!

This chunky monkey Zeke thinks he is a lapdog! If you don’t remember him, he has been looking for his forever family since March. He was hospitalized and almost didn’t make it. Zeke is a pitbull mix probably 60lbs and under two years old. He seems like he grew up without much training or guidance, so he does need a STRONG and CONFIDENT owner to teach and reinforce all the good training he has been receiving in boarding. Zeke can be curious and outgoing or a couch potato. He is directly with the RESCUE. Will you give Zeke a home of his own?

Guess who got all better from parvo finally ready for his new chapter in life?! Maverick is ready for ADOPTION! We can now schedule meet-and-greets and puppy kisses. He is now roughly 2 months old, he is a typical Pyrenees puppy under 15 lbs. Being a smart cookie, Mav has been working on “sit”, “down”, and going to the door to be let out for potty. He sleeps in his crate at night and hasn’t had any accidents overnight. He is easily-guided and loves to pounce around the yard with some toys and plays well with his foster sister. He has made it SO FAR! We are excited to see him off to his forever family. Thank you all for your prayers and support! Reminder: Adoption fee is $325 through the RESCUE (covers his vaccines, microchip, and neuter). Hi followers! This is my (Jennifer) garage. I run Friends of Missouri City Animal Shelter. I have a dedicated third garage with heat and air for my pregnant mom and puppies and the litters that come through MCAS. I have posted a video with details. I am looking to see if there is a company that would donate their time, or do a reduced rate for the rescue to epoxy this garage. After years of scrubbing, the cheap epoxy applied is coming up and it’s just no longer sanitary. So if anybody has a company that is feeling charitable, please hook me up with them 🙂. I will post a video of what the pens look like when they are prepared in the comments. Facebook will not let me post two videos at once.

📣Oct Update: took a little bit, but he is in temporary foster! 💔 🤕 PLEASE HELP US! Short-term foster Duke while he heals. He doesn’t need anything other than a quiet place to hang out. He is in a cone and both his eyes had surgery. He won’t need to interact or play with other animals because we wouldn’t want to disrupt his stitches. Just his pills, food, and a room to rest. We provide EVERYTHING. He has been at the shelter for FIVE MONTHS! Please help him heal quickly so he can finally leave on transport! 🙏🏽🤕
