I moved my daughter Paige back to college yesterday, always emotional for me when one my babies leave 😢 This was her last summer vacation. She will be in school through summer next year and will come home a registered Nurse with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. It’s crazy to think I am at the point in my life where I’m approaching being the mother of a college Graduate🙀

FYI: The best way to contact me is through my website www.christypaw.com. On my website you will find a Kitten Application. A response from me from the kitten application coming from MY email address ([email protected]) is a sure fire way to know you have reached ME. The scammers are clever, they will change one letter of the email address to make it look like me but they can’t respond to a kitten application that you filled out because there is no way for anyone to receive it but me. A man will never contact you from Christypaw Persians. I am a woman, my husband learned LONG AGO, not to get involved in my kitty stuff. (Happy wife, happy life right😃😹). So this means if you speak on the phone with a man, you definitely aren’t dealing with the real Christypawpersians! I have two instagram accounts, & , one Facebook account spelled christypawpersians and a TikTok account also christypawpersians, all one word, all lower case. I do NOT have any other accounts. I do not send a friend request or request to follow you without texting you to let you know, which means I have your phone number and we are already in touch with each other. I have been breeding since I was a little girl. This means I have references that go back 35 years. Many of my families that have kittens from me have accounts for their cats so it’s a wonderful way to check into my cats without even having to ask me. What better way to make sure I am legit than going straight to the source? I also want to mention, trust your gut!!!!!! If something seems off, don’t ignore that. Every time I ignore my gut, I live to regret it. With all this being said, I am the busiest person I know so you must be patient but I can promise you that my babies are worth the wait!!!!!!!

Today is my son Nick’s Graduation party. Another one of my human babies getting ready to leave the nest. Such a bittersweet feeling. I’m so excited for the beautiful journey that awaits him, but it’s hard to let my babies go 😃😢

I’ve had quite a few families ask and I realize I haven’t given an update on my brother. He is doing AMAZING! His surgery and rehabilitation have turned out to be a huge success. With all the set backs he did not give up. He is doing better than any of us even dreamed possible. I want to thank each and everyone of you for your prayers. I consider his outcome to be miraculous ❤️

This is Journey, the last baby in the post from the other day. She is the one I thought might stump quite a few people. She is a very dark Shaded Silver. I thought a lot of people might get her confused as a Blue Golden. Silvers have actual Black hair on the tips of their fur, Blue Goldens have Grey tips, usually they are very different looking from each other, sometimes the difference is more subtle on a kitten😻❤️ The dark underneath her eyes is not stain or tearing, that is coloring under her eyes.

Happy to report that Aunt Madelon is out of surgery and doing well. The doctor said she actually had two hernias, they repaired them both. Coming home today without any dietary or activity restrictions!!!!! My aunt was a strict vegetarian for over 20 years and still eats very little meat. I love my meat but her amazing physical health at the age of 83 years old sure does make me think twice! Yay Mimi🎊🎉💪🏻

🙏🏻Prayer request🙏🏻 My 83 year old Aunt Madelon who lives with me is having hernia surgery tomorrow morning. Any of you who have met me to pick up your baby has most likely met my Aunt. I love her so much and I’m sure everyone will go fine. Prayers are greatly appreciated ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Why do I take most of my pictures & videos in my sunroom???
A) If I’m in my house, I’m in my sunroom, it’s my favorite room in the house❤️
😎 It’s the cats favorite room in the house because of all the natural sunlight (& I’m in there)😻
C) The lighting in the sunroom is fantastic and really shows all the features of my furry children🌞
D) I can close door and just include who I want in the picture🙀
E) It’s a consistent background that you have all come to know and therefore are able to recognize anywhere🤩

I just want to make people aware of what is currently happening on Facebook & Instagram. There are now scammer rings. Not just one scammer, but entire groups of scammers working together. At my fingertips in 60 seconds I found this many scammers using my photos to make fake profiles. They all join the private groups and post pictures of my kittens and say they bought them and post positive reviews to trick people into thinking they are legit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using google for any photo posted ANYWHERE to make sure of its origin. Watermarks do not help, they simply remove them. They are extremely sophisticated. I cannot stress enough how important it is to do your research. Bargain shopping is NOT a good idea. Be extremely careful, this has become so disheartening. I have families contacting me every day who have been scammed. It is so sad. Please please please do your research. I have one Facebook account christypawpersians, I have to Instagram accounts christypawpersians & christypawpersian. That’s it, all others who feature my pictures are scams. Check the pages to see how long they have been in existence. I don’t know what else to say. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. There are no “deals” when it comes to ethically quality bred Persians or pure bred cats. There is usually a waitlist. An ethical breeder doesn’t just accept money without laying out all the details and confirming that this is the kitten for you and that you are the best owner for that particular kitten. I will get off my soapbox, I’m just so exhausted by all of this!!!!😢😢😢😢. P.S. I am not looking for sympathy or help, I am just simply making a public service announcement for people looking for a Persian kitten. Those poor families are the ones who need sympathy & compassion because they are the ones getting their hearts broken and their wallets emptied with no kitten to show for it😢 😻😻

This is Tinky as a baby, the same kitty I have been posting pictures of the past two days. If you guessed Chinchilla Blue Golden, you were correct 🎊🎊🎊🎊 What is amazing is how lighting so drastically changes the color of their coats. Because Chinchillas & Shaded cats are not a solid color, the appearance of the color of their coat changes drastically according to lighting and the color of the background, often not even looking like the same cat🙀
