Coda is a black female Pitbull (Staffordshire Bull Terrier) mix. She is approximately 5 months old.

Coda will be fully vetted including vaccines, rabies, microchip, and spay upon adoption.

Located in Southern Maryland - Who is looking to add some Joy in their lives? This little cutie is appropriately named Joy! She makes us smile and laugh everyday and seems to just love everyone. She has overcome a rough start in life and is looking for a home where she can get the lifetime of love she deserves! Joy would make a great walking buddy and, while she’s not a bug cuddler, would love to sit and watch TV with you! She would be good with other dogs but probably not cats. She likes to roughhouse play so probably wouldn’t be best with small children. She is 1 year old and fully vetted. New foster or adopter needed!

Victoria has so many wonderful qualities and all the makings of a great companion! She’s well-behaved and social with other dogs and people. She’s crate-trained and doing well with her housebreaking. Not to mention she is sweet and adorable!
Victoria, like most frenchies, has some allergy issues. She loves having oils and lotions rubbed on her neck and skin. Her nose issues are nonexistent with only a little snoring. She is 1 year old and fully vetted.

She does have a strong prey drive, so a no cat household is needed along with a secure physical fence. She would do best in a home with older children. French Bulldogs like her are often really loyal and fun to have around, and she would be a great companion for someone.

Remember Milo? He was so stressed at the shelter and rescued just in time! Milo wasn’t sure what to think of the snow yesterday! This sweet boy is still looking for his furever home. He is 2 years old and fully vetted. He’s housebroken and crate trained, and he’s good with other dogs and with kids. He is located in Southern Maryland. ‼️URGENT FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED‼️Adoption fee waived! Beautiful Maize is still in search of her forever home. She needs a home with no cats or small dogs. She is high energy so a high fenced yard and plenty of exercise is definitely needed to keep her happy. She loves giving kisses and being cuddly and loved on. Her favorite toy are balls.

Sammy is looking for a new home because of his current owners’ allergies.

Breed: Terrier Mix
Color: Brindle
Age: Approx. 1 year old
Weight: 52 lbs.

He went to the vet on December 31st. He is up to date on all vaccinations/flea/tick meds. He is due for a 2nd Lyme shot in 2 weeks. Negative for heartworm.

Reflecting on the last year…
85 dogs were adopted from us, including 6 litters of puppies! It has been a very busy, stressful, yet rewarding year for our small group! There’s been so much good, but still we pray for and grieve for those many animals in need that we were unable to help.

We appreciate all of our adopters and amazing fosters! And we greatly appreciate you, our village, for all of your support, donations, and post shares. You never know when your share may be the one to help an animal find its home!

We still have 5 dogs and 3 cats that have been in our rescue for FAR too long! Their adoption fees are waived but they still require an application. Our dream is that they too will soon find the home that will give them the lifetime of love they deserve. Please see the caption on the picture for more information.
