It's hard to replicate a normal hunting day's exercise and miles during the off season. Especially when it's approaching 110° in the desert. There's always a way to escape the heat in Arizona. You just have to find high elevation. The girls, my wife and I hiked at 9300ft after the busy holiday weekend to cap off our trip in the mountains.

It was time to donate my hair to It's been over 10 years since my hair has been long enough to donate to kids who've lost their hair due to health issues. It's only hair to me but it means the world to someone who needs it more than I do. Please share to bring awareness or if you know of someone who'd like to donate their hair.

Time flies. We had this litter 3 years ago today with Extra and Jacque. We kept Una and Roxy. Their brother Tuco is now back in Arizona with his new family. Time flies.

That’s a wrap for our season. Our guide staff and I started in Montana, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. We continued in Arizona, Kansas, Utah and Montana. Some of us wrapped up our season in New Mexico. We’re not players. We’re hunters. We’re not fake. We’re real. We’re not perfect. We make mistakes. We’re passionate about what we do and I couldn’t be more proud of our amazing guide staff this season.
