All 501c3 paperwork sent to shelter which does not have the name of the actual person sending it in, as the rescue director, will immediately result in a phone call being made to that rescue to verify that individual as a puller for that rescue. Adoptable cats are listed as urgent and need tagging and sharing for commitment for adopt or rescue as soon as they become available . Adoptable cats not on stray hold and with no adopt or rescue commitment in place already, are at risk of immediate euth at any time due lack of cage space and the numbers of incoming strays that must be held at CCAC.
