Anyone who doubts the corruption and incompetence of animal control read on.

On October 13th Patty was murdered as a result of the state's incompetence. The necropsy showed pneumonia yet they neglected to notice anything wrong with her. They killed her because I refuse to back down and let them perpetuate the lies about me these mother fu***rs are abusing my dogs. They didn't tell my attorney until today because that way they can dispose of the evidence. If anyone has the documented verifiable truth behind this I am offering $1000 reward.

Here is another transcript from court where Tanya Wescovich has to admit under oath that Oliver the cat was healthy upon seizure and a full FOUR WEEKS later developed pneumonia due the the State's poor care. Ultimately, he was euthanized at 18 mths old due to their neglect.

These are actual court transcripts where Tanya Wesvovich contradicted herself, perjured herself and admitted her own evidence lacked any actual value. My animals are suffering in state care because of her incompetence. They burst into the house while the dogs were eating causing them to spill their food and water. The debris in the crates was just that and she full well knew it which is why her photos are such poor quality.

As CT continues its attack on small self funded rescues the ASPCA and Humane Society continue to grow their wealth through seizure and fundraising. They set up rescues to be illegally raided to seize animals. They ransack homes and stage photos to gain sympathy. They get millions in donations which goes back into training ACO's, and vets how to further their agenda while harming animals. They have millions in offshore banks while a miniscule amount of money actually goes to helps animals. Their CEOs make millions. The states have caught on and are using their Dept of Ag to seize animals for profit while persecuting and prosecuting actual rescues for staged crimes. When you support these organizations you are harming rescues who actually save animals from abuse, starvation and homelessness. Boycott the ASPCA and the Humane Society and let them know you have figured out their scheme.

It's hot and humid around CT. The municipal dog shelters are violating the very rules for which the Dept of AG attacks private shelters. My dogs and cats have been subjected to temperature of both extreme cold and hot. They are stuck in kennels with minimal to no exercise. They are forced to urinate and defecate in their kennels. They have been fed s**t quality garbage food. They have missed each other and me because the State of CT had to cover their illegal entry into my home. They have been in jail for 571 days WITHOUT love and care. Please consider a donation as my legal battle continues.

Dogs belong with their family not locked away in shelters. The state of CT is mentally and physically abusing my animals under the direction of the department of Agriculture and Tanya Wescovich who illegally entered my home, falsified evidence and perjured herself in court.

My animals love me and need to be returned home. Just look at the joy of the dog below who was reunited with his family.

A lost dog has been reunited with its family after they all came together by chance at an adoption event.

Located LACEY of course the thieves changed her name to Lucy to hide her. She is now overweight due to living in a cage for 15 mths. No exercise and s**t food. She is 4 and is a distemper survivor. She was very attached to me. She is sweet once she trusts you. Someone please adopt this sweet girl. Her mom whos name was Lucy is a black shepherd cross. Presumed part doberman. She is located at the Montville animal control. Of course separated from her sister. They were best friends.

Located Buttercup who was stolen from my home by Tanya Wescovich. Buttercup, now the stupid name of Paisley, was a rescue from a kill shelter in Texas. She was likely used as breeding dog for fighting. She had multiple scars, her canines were pulled by her teeth filed. Despite her horrible life in Texas my wonderful Texas foster and my rescue socialized her and showed her what it's like to be loved. She is now hidden away at North Stonington animal control where she is getting no attention. She is very sweet once she trusts you. Hopefully someone will give her a loving forever. She has been trapped in the shelter in North Stonington for greater than a year with likely little to no attention.

I have located yet another stolen rescue dog. Daisy is located at the Windsor Animal Control. I don't see her promoted anywhere as they are trying to hide her. She is the last of Buttercups puppies. She is approx 3 years old. She is spayed. She is (was before being imprisoned) very sweet. White bully breeds are hard to place. Please share her ti find her a home. I believe I have located Layla and Parker. The state illegally stole them. Rather than living in a home they are living in a kennel at a transfer station. Layla was brought to Tufts for spay and had a grade 4 heart murmur. We decided not to risk her life without a cardiology eval first. One of her puppies had a significant heart defect and another was resuscitated at birth.She is not safe with cats or young children. Approx 4 yrs old. They are calling her Rosie. The state didn't care about their names or history. Someone please adopt Layla. They aren't promoting her to hide her from me. They know if I win my appeal they will have to return them.

Parker is a beautiful pit/husky mix. He is very sweet. Bridle head and legs and black body. They renamed him too. He is 18 mths.

They are located at Columbia Animal control. Parker looks fat and out of shape.

It's becoming clear across the country rescues and people rescuing animals are under attack. These as***le cops arrested two women for feeding, trapping and spaying cats. Anyone who doubts the law in the US is trying to stop animal ownership you should look around the country. States are putting laws in place to make it nearly impossible to get your animals back when illegally seized. One is presumed guilty unless you can defend yourself in court or oay tens of thousands to attorneys to try to prove your innocence. The state governments are passing laws to seal the FATE OF OUR BELOVED ANIMALS without due process.

These are Hope's puppies still imprisoned at the Waterford East Lyme animal shelter. These puppies were born under a truck in Mexico. We rescued them only to find they had distemper. Dr. Tobin treated them using Oliver's antibody rich blood and after much care we saved 5 puppies. They had to be quarantined to prevent the spread of distemper. All but these two were sent home prior to the illegal raid and theft of my dogs. These dogs faced trauma last July in the state's "care" when fireworks were shot off IN the kennels at this shelter that has inadequate surveillance. These puppies are very sweet and need forever homes. They would love to stay together. They are believed to be pitbull/shepherd cross.

In a preargument conference the appellate judge suggested to the Prosecutor atty Salton that the STATE GIVE ME BACK MY PERSONAL ANIMALS. He refused they have too much money at stake!

If I lose this case every animal owner, rescue, breeder, farmer etc is at risk. They are lying about my case to cover their illegal entry into my house, the trafficking of my child by DCF. They needed to destroy my character and destroy my support. They can't lose they have too much at stake. Stand beside me and fight. Do it for your animals, my animals, the future of animal ownership.

The Dept of Ag has big plans for us, none of which are good. The state is power hungry and they want complete control of animal ownership. They recently arrested a woman for not having a surgery done on HER dog after what was reported as a negative biopsy. They seized her dog and arrested her. This is JUST A START.

I was court ordered by a Judge to get a psychiatric eval. When she saw the eval she threw it on her desk and said that's not what I asked for. She wanted someone to deem me insane. After evals by two different providers they came up with the same outcome. I am suffering with PTSD caused by the actions of the state. Due the PTSD my therapist recommend two dogs be returned immediately for my well being. The state has refused. They have my 14 year old German Shepherd isolated in shelter where he could die alone. My dogs were loved and healthy and very much want to return home. Call the Dept of Ag and demand they return all my animals.

My situation:

Animals fed and healthy premium natural food.

All animals recently vetted

All animals loved and cared for

A volunteer single mother dealing with a family "issue" as a victim of abuse.

I was 2 weeks away from completing a shelter after spending thousands of my own money to get the building to code.

A recent flood effecting all three levels of the house on wing not directly where animals were. Despite the flood the animals were never neglected.

The floors became dirty due to so much time dedicated to flood clean up. Paws running through mud outside.

All news channels in CT ALERTED BY THE STATE. The state new I had a very large following of supporters so they fabricated a story that I abandoned the animals. However one must note the police acknowledged I was there several times a day (on body cam). They had to alienate my supporters.

Consequences

Illegal forceful search and seizure. Torn rotator cuff, torn hip labrum. My home was searched at GUN POINT.

Seizure of all rescue animals and family pets. To this date the state refuses to even tell me where they are or how they are.

Arrested and charged with three counts of animal cruelty.

Forced into prison where I was strip searched, denied even a cup for water and I was denied food I could actually eat (due to severe allergies).

Forced to undergo four psychiatric evaluations. All diagnosed me with PTSD to which the judge threw the report and said this isn't what I asked for!

My child was illegally seized. I have not been allowed to see or speak with child for 11 mths. Child has been neglected having no education for 11 mths and inadequate medical care. Actual neglect.

William Tong personally libeled me on public TV.

I was given a fixed unfair trial forcing me to appeal the corrupt trial court to the Appellate court.

This has cost me $100,000 between actual legal costs, and the fees to withdraw from my retirement account.

I face an additional criminal trial where the corrupt judge and corrupt prosecutor are trying to imprison me for saving thousands of animals. THE POSSIBILITY OF AN UNTAINTED JURY IS ZERO.

I have a few nicknames for this group. Purple monsters is one, the rest get progressively less nice. They claim to be animal advocates but really all they do is spread lies. They prey on people's misfortune to elevate their own importance. They are the prosecutor, the judge, and the jury right out of the gate. They have wandered so far from the founder's views that she left her own organization. They are a radical group who is behind the attack on animal ownership. They collect thousands in donations in the name of animal welfare but never show where the money goes. They show up at people's court hearings and trials and try to convince the media and prosecutors that people are guilty until proven innocent. They have an "inside" page where they slander and libel innocent people. I've been told they make horrible comments like people should be lynched. They have followed people, harassed people, and set people up for arrest. Another rescue had to get a restraining order which was approved by a judge. Can everyone apply to join their private group, then screenshot their pages? I need more evidence to sue these evil bullys.
