your best friend(s) at the traditional boarding facility? Leave your kids with Heidi and enjoy your trip or vacation without worry. A conscientious, loving dog owner of Charlotte (Morkie) a talker and Talulah (chihuahua) the doorbell. Your dog(s) will watch television with the family, enjoy lying upon choice air/heat vents, make themselves at home on the sofa (unless this is not allowed at your home), LOTS of play time outside and romps in the doggie pool (weather permitting), brushing, baby talk and spoiling. Your kids day will be based upon your own schedule.

I've worked in a variety of pet care settings (including four years at a busy pet resort and offering boarding out of my home). Needless to say, I'm picky about my pups. But my crew adores Heidi and they go nuts when we even get close to her house! She's so friendly and sweet, as is her husband. Very experienced and her love for dogs is so evident in her demeanor. She keeps a clean, dog-friendly home and yard which is no easy task! Highly recommend!

Hiiiiiii, friends!! It’s been a while since I last posted, so I wanted to reintroduce myself and my non-profit, The Pet Pantry, and tell you all a little bit about our mission and our current plans/needs! And if you're tagged in this and happen to see it, I'm so sorry to bother you; I am just DESPERATE for some exposure for what we're doing here. I started The Pet Pantry to help pet owners feed their beloved pets when times get a little rough. We are a 501(c)(3) organization and we serve ALL of Middle Tennessee. I don’t care who you are or what kind of pet you have; if you need help with food, we WILL help you. Don’t have a way to meet us to pick up a donation? We’ll deliver it to your door. Our mission is to keep pets in loving homes and out of already overcrowded shelters. Requests for assistance can be submitted on our website (link in bio). We've also been featured on News 2 (link in bio)!

We’re currently working on building a network of volunteers in EVERY county in Middle TN who might be available to pick up food and deliver to donation recipients when needed. If this sounds like something you’d like to do, please submit a volunteer form on our website.

We’re also working on finding local businesses in each county who would be willing to be a donation drop-off point for us, so that if anyone in the area wanted to donate food/supplies to our organization, they could do so at that location during their business hours (and we could come pick up once a week or however often). I would also love to be able to figure out a way to have pick-up locations as well, whether that be a lockbox with a code outside the business or something along those lines, but I understand if that’s not an option. We’ve already helped feed almost 400 hungry pets since 04/15/24, and we are nowhere close to being done!
