As winter snow and ice accumulate, salt and chemical de-icers are likely to be found on sidewalks. Help keep your pet safe and comfortable with a few winter walking tips!

❄️ After each walk, Wipe off and dry your pet’s feet and stomach to remove ice, salt, and chemicals.
❄️ Consider trimming the fur between their pads to prevent ice buildup.
❄️ If your dog doesn't wear booties, bring a towel along and watch for signs of paw irritation.
❄️ Limit exposure to the outdoors during severe weather.
❄️ Consult your vet for advice on paw balms and other solutions.

Be sure to double-check this list of safe and unsafe foods from the American Kennel Club before sharing your table scraps:

SAFE FOODS (w/ no added spices or flavorings): Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Turkey Meat, Apples (No Seeds), Green Beans, Plain Peas, Pumpkin

UNSAFE FOODS: Turkey bones/skin/gravy, Stuffing, Casseroles, Chocolate, Cookies, Pies, Sweets (ESPECIALLY anything containing xylitol), Raisins/grapes, Onions, Scallions, Garlic, Ham, Yeast dough, Fatty foods, and Foods containing spices.

These processes provide peace of mind knowing that the urn you receive contains the cremated remains of your beloved pet. We also offer the option of witnessing the cremation to offer complete transparency of the process.

🍁 Be aware of seasonal decorations that pose a risk to your pets. Many fun, festive items could contain toxic materials or become a choking hazard.
