Happy hump day from big man Duke! Did you know that we work with all kinds of special needs pets? For example, Duke here has some behavioral struggles that we’ve been working on with his owners. High energy coupled with separation anxiety had him climbing the walls - sometimes literally! - and his parents at a loss for how to manage it. Through steady work, Duke is now crate trained and on an anxiety medication through his veterinarian. We’re still working on some behaviors, like social skills and focus in distracting situations, but he’s made so much progress in the year since we’ve met him!
