CULLEN'S SURGERY ONLINE YARD SALE

The first items in our presale are a set of P265/70R17 tires mounted on aluminum wheels. These are from a 2010 GMC Sierra. Tread is around 50%. Lug nuts included. If you need tires you can get these and you'll have the added benefit of being able to dress up your truck with some sharp wheels.

This is Cullen. Cullen came to us in really rough shape. He was very underweight and so sick. His owner could not care for him and so he became a rescue kitty. We didn't know if he was going to get better but we figured out his issues and, as evidenced in this picture, he's thriving. He's a complete cuddle bug. His issue now is his knee. He has damage that causes chronic pain. He is scheduled for surgery by a specialist in early February.

In order to help cover the cost of his surgery we wanted to have a yard sale to benefit our stray kitty fund. We're going to wait until warmer weather for the physical sale but in the meantime we're going to have a presale of some of our larger items. We'll be posting items on our page. Please watch for these posts and you might see something you just have to have. If you just want to contribute you can Venmo it to .

Oh, and when Cullen is recovered from his surgery, he'll be needing a foster or adopter to complete his happily-ever-after story.

We are watching the weather closely and will determine Sunday evening whether it's safe to open on Monday. If you have an appointment with us on Monday, please be on the lookout for a phone call from us regarding any closure or reduction of clinic hours. If you do not hear from us it would be a good idea to call Monday before venturing out.

Saltville Animal Clinic is very, very proud to be an FIP-friendly clinic. Mr. Perseus, an FIP kitty, got his 84-day bloodwork today. Many vets are not yet aware that FIP now has an FDA-approved treatment for a formerly 100% fatal disease. Perseus is well on his way to being CURED!!

Little tripod Darla is still looking for a forever home!! We can't believe someone hasn't snatched her up yet. She has so much personality in such a teeny little body. She's a tad skittish in new environments that have lots of loud noises/fast movements, but she is an adaptable girl. She MUST be an inside-only cat due to her tripod-ness, and there is an adoption fee as she is fully vetted. Come meet her!!

This is sweet Cullen, who has been shown a couple times previously to try and find him a home. This video is hard to watch, but it shows just how awful Cullen's knees are. Fortunately, a surgeon has agreed to assess Cullen to see if he's a good surgical candidate. This surgeon is located in Knoxville. As you can imagine, the surgery will be very costly. Recently we've had people asking how to donate to our stay kitty fund and now we have a convenient way for you to do so! Our Venmo is . Any amount is so greatly appreciated 🙂

This is sweet Cullen, who has been shown a couple times previously to try and find him a home. This video is hard to watch, but it shows just how awful Cullen's knees are. Fortunately, a surgeon has agreed to assess Cullen to see if he's a good surgical candidate. This surgeon is located in Knoxville. As you can imagine, the surgery will be very costly. This boy is named Cullen. He was severely ill when he came to us, with dramatic weight loss, GI issues, and vomiting every meal. After many tests, we found out he has Inflammatory Bowel Disease. We were actually relieved by that since the other possibility was cancer. He also has severe end-stage knee arthritis in one of his back legs. All that being said, we are looking for the absolute best home for this guy. He's at least 8 years old. We encourage you to consider him, even though he isn't a kitten! He has sooooo much love to give. If you want to consider him but have questions about his IBD, please call and ask for details! This condition can be managed well with medicines and supplements. Please, someone find it in their heart to consider this middle-aged special needs boy. He deserves a chance just like all the kittens!

This sweet girl is looking for a home. She's around 12 weeks old. She was found in the pouring rain and was extremely thin and infested with fleas. Despite this history, she doesn't know a stranger! She will be spayed next week. Message us if interested! We require indoor-only homes, and there is an adoption fee to cover her medical expenses and spay.
