URGENT: PUPPY FOR FOSTER OR ADOPTION – MARRON ❤️

Little Marron is back at boarding and… he’s confused. And honestly? So are we. He’s such a sweet, smart, affectionate little guy – how is he still waiting? 🥺

After doing brilliantly in a foster home, this boy was suddenly back without a home and it’s really knocked his confidence 💔 He’s been through a lot for a pup just 5 months old, but he’s still so full of love, hope and puppy energy.

Marron is a gentle soul who just needs a home (even temporary) to feel safe again. He’s already learning sit and down, doing great with toilet training, and just needs someone to keep building his confidence on walks. He’s got the sweetest nature and will make someone so proud 🧡

Please don’t let him grow up in a kennel – he deserves better. Could you offer him a foster home or start a 4-week trial adoption and let him show you what a superstar he is? ⭐️

FOR FOSTER OR ADOPTION – COCO 🤎

Do you want a dog that literally puts her arms around your neck for a cuddle? 🥹 Because Coco does. She’s an actual baby – soft, sweet, and just wants to be close to you.

Coco is now around 5 months old and has already come such a long way. She got off to a brilliant start in her foster home, where she blossomed into a calm, gentle, and loving little soul. But sadly, her foster couldn’t keep her and Coco is now in boarding 💔

She’s coping well — she’s not particularly fussy or demanding — but she’s still just a baby, and really needs a safe, quiet home where she can grow up feeling loved and secure. She gives the best cuddles, is eager to learn, and would be the most wonderful companion for someone kind and patient.

She’s lived with a small dog, is friendly with children, and is making great progress with leash and potty training. Coco is low-maintenance, affectionate, and just wants someone to love.

🐾 STILL LOOKING FOR HER FOREVER HOME — ELGIN 💗✨

How has this stunning girl not been snapped up yet?! That warm tan coat, those soulful eyes, and that sweet, sweet face — Elgin is beyond gorgeous and just as beautiful on the inside. 💕

Elgin was rescued from the scorching heat with her mama and siblings and has blossomed in her foster home into the happiest little pup — playful, cuddly, easygoing, and totally thriving in family life. She’s now around 5 months old and ready to find her forever family!

She’s fab with kids, does well with other dogs, and is even cat-friendly. Whether she’s your one-and-only or joining a pack, Elgin just wants to be loved and included. 🐾

She’s medium energy — loves her zoomies and games, but equally enjoys lounging in the shade or curling up at your feet. She’s smart, affectionate, and absolutely ready to become someone’s heart dog. 🥰

From tiny pup to shining star 🌟 Nebula is now 6 months old and absolutely thriving in her loving foster home — and it’s time to find her forever one!

This gorgeous girl has grown up surrounded by love, structure, and a whole lot of tail wags. Her foster family has done an incredible job with her training, socialisation, and helping her become confident and comfortable with their resident dogs. She knows how to play nicely, respect boundaries, and is learning every day what it means to be part of a happy home.

THAT SMILE. Nebi’s smile is truly something special — joyful, goofy, and totally contagious✨

Nebula is the perfect mix of cheeky and chill. She’s got that playful puppy energy when it’s time for zoomies and enrichment games, but she’s also happy to snooze in her crate or curl up beside you when it’s time to rest. She’s still a young girl, but so impressively well-adjusted and respectful for her age.

PUPPIES IN NEED OF HOMES! 🐶💛

When we say we have SO many amazing puppies looking for temporary holiday homes this Summer (or their chance to start a trial adoption…) we REALLY mean it!

We have around 60 pups in our care under the age of 6 months. That’s just crazy! And we do not want them to grow up without knowing the love and care of a home ❤️

This is just a small number of those waiting to steal your heart! Let us tell you a bit more about them..

🐶 Rolo, Pippa, Luma - 6 weeks old, in foster in an apartment in Dubai. Not yet vaccinated. They have no Mum so can go on adoption now but need another dog in the home

🐶 Nilo, Raff, Tovi (plus Juno & Bix) - 4 weeks old, starting to wean from Mum, all males, in foster in a villa in Dubai, will be available for foster or adoption in 4 more weeks. Taking applications now

🐶 Phoenix, Pegasus, Harpy, Fay (plus 5 more siblings!) - 4 months old, in the shelter but coming to meet you at this week’s adoption event, vaccinated & good to go now - in desperate need of homes!

🐶 Maya - 4 months old, in a temporary foster in Dubai, started vaccinations, ready to go now

🐶Walter - 5.5 months old, previously in a loving home but now in boarding as his foster ran out. Vaccinated and ready to meet you in Dubai any day!

🐶 Bonny - 5 months old, social butterfly, has grown up in a loving foster with other dogs. Vaccinated and ready to meet you in Dubai now!

🐶 Miel - 5 months old, never been given a chance in a home, growing up in the shelter. So sweet. Vaccinated and coming to meet you on Sunday!

🐶 Liesl - 5.5 months old. Grew up in loving homes but now in boarding as her trial adoption fell through. Confident, happy, fine as an only pup

🐶 Skye - 4.5 month old female, cheeky, happy, confident, always ready for fun! In foster with her brother Everest, ready for a home to call her own now!

🐶 Chase - 4.5 month old male, blue eyed beauty, in foster with another dog and doing great. Available for adoption

FOR FOSTER OR ADOPTION - BUDDY ❤️

We are truly starting to lose hope. What world do we live in where a poor dog who clung on to life, had major surgeries and lost his leg is being forced to spend his life in boarding because no one will give him a chance?

We moved Buddy to the wonderful team at .ae this time last year, when we were facing similar struggles with a lack of homes over the Summer. It was supposed to be an emergency solution. Temporary. Surely no one would see this special boy stay there, not knowing love or a home?

We’ll fast forward more than 365 days and there he has stayed. It absolutely breaks our hearts 💔💔💔

Buddy might have 3 legs now. But he has a heart full of love to give. And he deserves to know love and a home after all his suffering 💔

He is a smaller sized doggy at only 14kgs. Everything is small except those AMAZING ears - we’ve never seen ears like that on an adult and we just love them. He also has a very sweet, soft face that melts us.

Buddy gets around just fine - he loves his walkies. He does get a little panicky meeting other dogs on a leash so can be reactive, which is understandable as he knows he’s vulnerable, so this does need to be worked on. He does fine with other dogs at daycare and has lived with other dogs too 🐶

At home, Buddy is a good boy. He likes his to play independently with his toys and is very food and treat driven so easy to train. He likes his snuggles and ear scratches too 🥰

Buddy is now a healthy boy and doesn’t require any more medical care. He just requires soul healing, showing him he is safe and loved. We need to get him out of kennels, it’s so unfair on this amazing dog.

Please give those dogs that have experienced the worst of humanity and may look a little different a chance! Give them the grace they so deserve ❤️

Animals and Us is a non-profit, registered, animal welfare charity operating in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), founded in 2006, with the goal of reducing pain and fear inflicted on animals by humans.

The charity rescues abandoned and stray animals, provides veterinarian assistance, helps to find homes for unwanted animals through adoption, and educates the public in the responsibilities of animal ownership.

The charity works closely with a number of other organisations to promote animal welfare and responsible pet ownership, across the UAE.
