Everyone meet Koda and Bear. Today is their first day here. Like any new visit they are decompressing and settling in. Koda went to the bathroom outside and even told us (somewhat). They are even learning how to walk on a leash. It is surprising me but Koda is doing better than Bear, but I suspect they both will be just fine.

We will post more videos as the day progresses. They are great dogs.

Why is there such a thing as "Animal Rights"? The only reason animals even need rights is because people don't have responsibilities. Giving animals "rights" in even the slightest degree implies that they are able to individually understand, apply, and even defend those rights if need be. They simply are not made to understand the concept of rights, let alone enforce them.
Instead we should be going in the opposite direction and educate the humans and give them tougher fines for neglect or abuse.

What is “Relationship Training”?

We know you are busy and want to make your dog part of your family. It always starts off with the greatest of intentions, but doesn’t always seem to end up that way. Learning to Lead understands and we want to help everyone. We know people get busy and people get frustrated. Let us help you. We started in March of 2011 with an idea that Relationship Training is the best way to go for both you and your dog. You’ll hear many ideas; tried and true methods, but nothing seems to stick. What can you ACTUALLY do that makes things work ONCE AND FOR ALL? It shouldn’t have to be complicated and quite honestly it isn’t. Our job is NOT to help just your pup make it through the sit, down, stay commands, ANY dog training agency or trainer can do that. That is only the beginning of the road. Our focus is after that with the REAL relationship that is forming where you can TRULY understand and FEEL them in your heart, mind and TRULY love and respect them as individuals and thank them for being a part of your life.
