We have just received this case through a low paid worker who saw the kitten and took it upon himself to take it to the vet clinic but he was refused service due to him not being able to pay the expenses. I have asked him to take it to another clinic to be examined. She has an awful break (bone sticking out) and clinic doesn’t have xray so needs to be moved to a third clinic. As you know orthopedic surgeries cost a fortune and we have reached our limit in expenses (we are now BD3000 in debt). I really want to try and save the leg rather than amputate it if it’s an option.
It’s a 6 months old kitten (though looks small in size), covered in ringworm and has ear mites.

Alice has found the most wonderful home we could of ever asked for however we need your help to get her there 🇬🇧

Alice has been at the shelter for over 2 years!!! She was found shaved and a new mama so someone may have used her to breed, dumped her and kept the kittens . She was quite depressed when she first came to the shelter probably due to being away from her kittens.

هالجلبة قاطينها عند الملجأ الله يعلم جم ساعة صارلها برع. هاي ثاني جلب ينقط عند الملجأ خلال اسبوعين!!!

للاسف حالتها جداً صعبة قاطة روحها مو قاعدة تتحرك كلش وجسمها كله ضربات. مادري اذا بتعيش او لا بس اتصلت في وحدة من البنات توديها العيادة طوارئ

We arrived this morning to the shelter and found this dog dumped outside. She’s in a critical condition, unable to move and barely breathing. We’re rushing her to the clinic now and hoping she could make it!

🐶 Our little Dolly was found in a local neighborhood in a real bad condition, her liver value was elevated 10 times to the normal value. Everyone including the vets didn’t think she would make it! But she pulled through and is waiting for her forever home.

🐾 Dolly was named after Dolly the sheep as when she came in she looked like a little lamb. She is the most gentle soul and just loves being in the company of others. She can be shy due to her past but is very gentle and affectionate. Dolly is only little so will need a short walk everyday or a garden to play in. She loves her best friend Mini and would be great if other dogs were in the house to give her the confidence she needs. Dolly is such an amazing dog she just needs the right family to make her shine ✨

🐶 Mini was found on a busy road with her hair completely matter, dehydrated and severely under weight. She was most probably used in a puppy mill and then dumped. She has made a full recovery and waiting to find a forever family.

🐾 What can we say about this little girl? She is just the most wonderful dog you will ever meet. Mini was named mini as when she first came in she was as small as a cat. Even though she has had a hard start to life she is extremely affectionate, gentle and fun! Mini would be a great addition to a family with young children or a family with other dogs. We adore her and would love to keep her with us always but we know her forever family is waiting for her somewhere.

Lily and Johnny are scheduled to travel to the UK end of September. Their airfare and pet taxi in the UK cost BD465. We have raised BD204 so far to cover those expenses.
Johnny will also need an eye removal operation which will be done tomorrow.

Sweet Onyx was found in awful condition on the streets of Bahrain. Being an FIV positive cat, we thought he would never have his chance at a forever home - he has finally found an amazing home in the UK, we just need a little help to get him there!

Left: Dax & Delta are two amazing dogs with deformities who were abandoned on a public beach. Their travel expenses are BD950, we have managed to raise more than half of the amount, amount remaining is BD412. We need to pay this before the end of this month.

Right: Julie is a sweet kitty who was met with a car accident back in 2018 and was left to die. She had a lot of issues including a broken jaw but she managed to recover well. BD22 out of BD100 was raised to sent her to the UK, remaining is BD78 that needs to be paid before the end of this month.

هالقطوة كلش تعبانة، وحدة من المتابعات جافتها وشالتها قبل اسبوع وودتها العيادة وحاولت تعالجها بس حالتها تدهورت مو قاعدة تاكل وبس تشرب ماي وهاي علامة مشاكل بالكلى واتمنى ما يكون فشل كلوي. اتفقنا ان باجر تقطها العيادة.

Over the last few weeks we've been working hard to help 11 cats from a disgusting breeding situation. These poor cats were being kept in a farm type place in Bahrain. In awful conditions. The "owner" was getting rid of the cats as he had no use for them. He was selling them for 10BD per cat - that is about £20 per cat. He had no compassion for these animals whatsoever. We've worked tirelessly to save these cats and find foster homes for them. Our angel Shohra collected these 11 cats and took them straight to the vets. Their "owner" shoved them all in a tiny cage as you can see from the pictures.

Unfortunately, 1 of the cats was so sick she had to be PTS. We still have 10 cats in the vets, and the bills are rising each day.

-Pepe has toxoplasmosis, so is under treatment for this.

-Noelle has ringworm and cat flu, so is under treatment for this.

-The remaining 8 are all severely emaciated and dehydrated, and require ongoing care.

We hope to have the 8 cats that are just emaciated and dehydrated moved to their foster homes this week. We need your help to clear this bill.

🐶 Coco was refused in a apartment block basement. He was dumped, hungry, scared and tired! A kind human took him for grooming and he is now in our care. He is the chubbiest of sh*tzu now and is looking for a lovely family.

🐾 Our little monkey Coco is full of life and love! He hasn’t been with us long but in that time he has shown trust in humans. Coco is a character he loves to run around the shelter and play ball once he has had his 10 minute speedy moment he just wants to sit and relax by your side. He is the silliest of pups who has had horrible start to life, Coco would be ideal as a family pet but would prefer to be the only male dog. If you are looking for a small breed sh*tzu please message us!

And the abuse continues. STOP BUYING ANIMALS AND BREEDING THEM. I don’t understand what heaven those people are going to! I’m beyond sick of the situation and no one is doing anything about it. It’s only on the shoulders of the rescuers who are “expected” to solve this issue. Endless cases of abuse. Disgusting.

Thanks to the wonderul efforts of .mai and we managed to raise BD1,071 which were used to pay a part of our outstanding bills at !

We not only had so much fun, we got a great work out in! Whoever couldnt make it, we definitely will have another session soon!! Thank you to our heros Mai and Hala for being so selfless and helpful and rooting for us from the start!
