GRANT AND RIVER ARE STILL LOOKING FOR THEIR FOREVER HOME(S). THEY HAVE LOTS OF COMFORT AND JOY TO SHARE FOR THE HOLIDAYS!

Grant is a strikingly handsome tabby with a distinctive golden-and-brown bullseye coat. Grant comes running for attention when humans enter his orbit. He loves wrestling with his rescue buddy, River, and hasn’t met a toy he doesn’t like!

River has beautiful silver-grey stripes and entrancing bluish eyes that look like deep pools of celadon. When he wants to spend time with you, he’ll put his paws on your chest while moving in for kisses. These two 6-month-old cats are bonded; they love to snuggle together and play together. They would make a great pair to adopt but will also do fine individually.

United Paws' Kittens of the Week:
RIVER & GRANT

Grant is a very handsome tabby who sports a distinctive golden-and-brown bullseye coat. We think he's as handsome as that famous actor! Grant is affectionate and seeks out your attention, running to the humans who enter his orbit. He loves wrestling with his rescue buddy, River, and hasn’t met a toy he doesn’t like! If Grant wants your love and attention, he'll roll over on his back so you can stroke his beautiful golden belly!

River is a striking tabby with silver-grey stripes and entrancing bluish eyes that look like deep pools of celadon. When he wants to spend time with you, he’ll put his paws on your chest while moving in for kisses. River is interested in exploring new places and playing with other kittens and cats. He gets very excited when he learns about a new toy, especially when his buddy Grant is interested in the same toy. These two kittens are buddies; they peacefully sleep together and play together. They would make a great pair to adopt but will also do fine individually.

A kind-hearted lady in a trailer park where Grant and River were born, was feeding about ten abandoned kittens and cats. She reached out to United Paws and volunteers rescued four of the kittens, including Grant and River. They have been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and now are ready for their forever home.

United Paws Kittens of the Week: Lucy and Cindee

Lucy and Cindee were rescued from a Tillamook trailer park where a kind resident had been feeding about a dozen kittens and cats. She asked United Paws to help by taking some of the kittens since she was on overwhelm. Lucy and Cindee are two of those rescues and they have turned out to be two of the sweetest and most loving cats we have had.

Cindee has a luscious black coat with subtle streaks and hints of deep brown. When she first arrived at United Paws, she was somewhat shy and frightened of the new environment, but within a few days of sweet talking and petting, Cindee transformed into a loving sweetheart who greets you and rolls onto her back, waiting for your belly rubs. If you have been dreaming of being greeted like this, Cindee is the kitten for you!

Lucy also has an elegant black coat with subtle markings of deep brown stripes that stand out in the sunlight. Her beauty is matched by her sweet loving personality. No doubt about it, she loves to hang out with humans who adore her! Lucy has a powerful motor—she will purr all day long—and she wants to give you kisses while she snuggles near your face and hair. Lucy and her sister Cindee can both be energetic together at playtime and they love wand toys! They are happy to play with you, but when they’re tired, they gladly will settle into your lap for some cuddles. Lucy, in particular, will purr for a long time like a calming lullaby after a long day. Simply stated, Lucy is the cat’s meow!

These sisters are ready for loving homes. They would love to stay together since they are fabulous playmates and happy to be together. However, they can go to separate loving homes, if necessary. Both are spayed, vaccinated, chipped, and ready for a home of their own. I am looking for a foster situation for about 3 months. My name is Athena, I have two kitties i’m currently trying to find a foster for. I just recently got out of a domestic violence situation and where i’m living for the moment, I can’t have more than my one cat.

Unfortunately, I can't have 2 of my cats with me in my temporary living situation. I've had these cats since they were born, and I'd really love to keep them. They’re my best buddies; two males named Andy (gray tabby) and Maurice (black & white tuxedo). I am in the process of getting them neutered and vaccinated. If someone is willing to foster for me, I'll pay for any cat supplies and food needed. I can send money monthly for food and litter, and if they need vet care, I'll pay for that, too.

I am looking for a new home, and it shouldn’t be longer than 3 months. I’m sure i can work out some kind of payment afterwards for anyone willing to help me out. Thank you so much for trying to help me.

Gracie sez, "It's time! My babies and I are now officially available, sorta. I could actually go to my forever home right now, but, at the same time, I'd like to see my babies happy first. They have their clinic appointment on the 23rd. They can go home with you right after Thanksgiving. Perfect timing isn't it. So get your applications in right away. These loving sweethearts will go fast." (Me too, I hope.)
