Love an Akita...the gorgeous Ariya was in for a session to make sure she was fit and healthy, she likes to keep active and as a bigger breed getting a little older massage is a great way to ease any muscular pain and get hands on to find any little niggles.

She was an absolute dream to treat and told me very gently when I'd found a bit of a sore spot.

💜Officially out of the office💜

I'll be back on the 4th of November, but due to the dreaded fireworks 🎆 will be taking the evenings off.

This gentle giant is Duke, an absolutely lovely lad, who fell sound asleep snoring away for his massage this week.

Duke is an older gentleman and has had some problems with his shoulder, as a bigger breed it's important to keep on top of any niggles so he can live life to the full.

I do have a soft spot for the giant breeds!

Another lovely group for the Beginners Guide to Canine Massage at the Canine Bodywork Clinic .
Due to the size of the venue numbers are limited, which makes it the perfect choice for those dogs who prefer a quieter environment.

Both dogs did remarkably well, and their owners were fantastic allowing them time to adjust and settle into their massages 💜

Baxter boy thoroughly enjoyed his session, and I was fully supervised by Herbie, who wasn't that happy he wasn't getting a shot.

Baxter lives life to the full and is getting a bit older so has regular sessions to work out some tension in his back and pick up on any new injuries.

Gorgeous Mia did actually manage to get her massage despite Milo hogging the mat, she really does enjoy her sessions and even manage a little snooze this time

Cheeky little Milo came for his second session and decided he was going first instead of Mia by plonking himself on the mat infront of me!

He's not quite confident enough to fully relax but allows me to do lots of work on his sore back...and when he's done does like to curl up and have a wee snooze.

Wow, today was very badly planned but extremely productive 💜

Lovely early 8.15, start in Edinburgh to see a gorgeous cockerpoo for his third session, and what a difference, his pain has improved considerably. If you need an early morning visit, then please ask me, I'm definitely a morning person☺️

Back home to down a gallon of coffee and collect CCM dogs, then off to South Lanarkshire for 2 human massaged and some collie cuddles, quick walk round the forest next to Bowmuir Farm Holidays , an unexpected stop for engine oil 🚗 then away to West Lothian for Belle to get her hydro at the Canine Bodywork Clinic and a very quick business meeting with Claire! Keep your 👀 peeled for something new and exciting.

Mad dash back to Edinburgh to collect my booklets for the workshop on Sunday at Leitholm Village Hall from Crescent Print Edinburgh Ltd, then away to the Scottish Borders for another human and cockerpoo....oh and the most amazing coffee and walnut cake and cockerpoo/cavapoo cuddles!

2 gorgeous boys in for massages at the weekend for 2 very different reasons.
Baxter is beginning to slow down a little and is a bit stiffer now he also had a bit of a sore shoulder so he had a few stretches to help lengthen the muscles.
And Herbie was getting a maintenance session to make sure he isn't carrying any injuries to keep him fighting fit for agility.
