As proud supporters of all our K9-Units, you can count on Bone Appetit to be there. This is our first event in over a year that we have been able to do- so we are pumped! Hope to see you Saturday!

We are so excited to share the first picture of Joy! She is quite a special puppy. Joy is being fostered and trained by one of our favorite St George Police Officers. This puts a new twist on the term “Therapy Dog”. Her job will be so amazing and life changing. It gives me chills to write about her. You don’t hear a lot about what happens to the children rescued from s*x trafficking once saved from their horrible worst of the worst abuse. But here’s what is happening. Since the majority are children smuggled from other countries, there is no missing person report filed and finding their family is nearly impossible. Safe homes have been established and they are continuing to grow. This is where the children go to live. They get help from psychologists, doctors and all forms of therapists who help them work through the serious trauma they have been through. They have been through the unspeakable. In these homes, “Home “Dogs” will live and work as therapy dogs for the children. We all know the tremendous calm and happiness dogs bring to the lives of those in need. We are so excited to share her journey with you as she grows up here in Southern Utah. And we are honored to be able to donate to her nutritional needs and overall health. The need for training these types of dogs is growing. You can get involved too. Thank you for shopping locally at Bone Appetit.
