'No Show' and 'Late Cancellation' Fees Apply. Doggy Day Care is NOT available. All dogs are to be collected within 30mins of notification that the groom is complete. (Please re

spect this policy. It is there for the benefit of all clients. All dogs are to arrive on a leash/harness and be walked/toileted prior to booking. (Please use doggy bags to clean up)
All dogs are to be flea and worm treated and have up to date vaccinations. (Please bring your Vet Vaccination Record)
Dogs that arrive with matting greater than 15min time allocation will need to be rescheduled. Additional charges may apply. Dogs arriving with more than 1/3 body matting will be shaved down to prevent stress on the dog. Double coated dogs will not be shaved unless recommended by a Vet. (If you do not know if your dog is 'double coated' please speak to your Vet prior to booking.
