I'm a big believer in celebrating your wins. And here is one of my girls - today she smashed 2 train journeys from buxton to Wales - and just settled on her blanket.

It's always good having a safe space for your pooch if they might struggle- a blanket or a crate. Giving your dog that safe space can be great for them.

Today is International dog day - and as you all know this girl is my world and my everything. Words can't describe what the ball of fluff , trumps and snuggles means. She's the best and makes even the worse day a good day.

The Great thing about dogs is everyone thinks their dog is the best.....and you know what they're right.

Dogs are awesome.
