Good morning BFA friends and families! Update in Majoong here! He is doing so well at his foster’s home. He enjoys his walks everyday smelling new things from his walking path. He starts his daily walk by running first out of excitement, but soon changes the speed to normal, then a slow walk. If the walk is longer than expected, he takes a break until he can get his breath together.😁😅. He loves all people and animals. He really enjoys the petting and closes his eyes as if he’s going to fall asleep. We LOVE this guy, and would love for him to find the best home for Majoong. Did you know ‘Majoong’ means ‘Waiting to meet someone’? Yes, he is waiting for his family.

The male Sapsali mix Majung and a female terrier Jella just left Korea. Majung is a three legged sapsali mix, but as you can see, he does not let his disability defines him. He is as bright and cute as he can be, and we are determined to find him the perfect family that will embrace him! Please welcome these babies, and spread the news for them in our area!!
Mora is getting very comfortable and well adjusted here. This morning, we took her and the whole pack for a long walk along the lake, and she totally enjoyed it. She was mesmerized by all the wildlife and it activated her hunting instinct. 🥹. She is a good walker along the normal route around the neighborhood, but she pulled a bit once we were in the total natural environment. Mora is adjusting very well after her arrival. We are testing different environments for exposure and experience, and although she is just a bit shy and skittish at first, she is incredibly calm and adaptable. Today after my long meeting, I decided to take her and my other pal for a walk at the beach, and she LOVED it!! She’s smelling every seaweed we came upon and smelling the air!
