It was EXCELLENT to see our wonderful Ole at Acres for Life today! He’s doing well and is living the good life, happy with his pasture mate. It’s good to hear that Ole is still an important part of their programming. 🧡🤍🖤

Jeni passed in the most peaceful way, on this day of abundant sunshine. Besides the vet, five of us and Bloopy gathered to send her off with love and thanks.

I’ll never be able to adequately express the magic of this horse. After working as a kid’s lesson pony, she came to Stable Pathways, serving people living with disabilities. She was our anchor. I can’t tell you the lives she improved, the confidence she gave, and the love she shared!

It’s been my honor to serve with her for 15 years and to have her live with me these last five.

We will all feel the loss.

It was time. She was ready. She is free and, I imagine, romping with Poppy and Rosie!

Jeni went to Anoka Equine today to have JC pull a wiggly tooth. She was amazing - loading, trailering, waiting and all. The procedure went well and she has no restrictions; just antibiotics for a week.

Joey was donated to SP in 2019 and we began his adaptive riding training. He moved on to continue his training and then serve in the True Friends program, a program that provides “exciting experiences for children and adults with disabilities.”
Here he is, in their Issue 12, Fall 2023 newsletter. Yay!!!
