CREEK is ready to be adopted! He is a gentle soul who doesn't have typical beagle traits -- he DOES NOT bark, chase squirrels, dig or climb fences. He is a low-key boy who loves going on walks and is easy on the leash. He has some fears that he's working on and will need to continue in a patient and loving home. He is skittish with loud and sudden noises and movements, which makes young kids too much for him. Creek is more comfortable around women and would prefer a female to be his primary caretaker and a more quiet, gentle man in the household. ** Beagle Puppy Mix Alert! ** Avalon is a gorgeous girl who is looking for her fur-ever family! She is a beagle/boxer/terrier mix who is now 7-months-old and 35 pounds, but could grow to be between 40 or 50 pounds. She'd make a great companion for an avid walker, hiker or runner or an active family. Playtime with other dogs is a serious business for Avalon, so supervision while she's playing is a good idea. She is a smart girl and knows basic commands. Rides well in the car and is food motivated (she eats like a vacuum, her foster mom reports!). BENNY is looking for his fur-ever family! He walks like a typical beagle, but can go long-distances! He's gone 5 miles on a walk, but hold tight because he's a stout strong boy. Benny is a smart beagle who knows "sit" and "down" commands. He is doing well with house training and rides well in the car. His one bad habit? Well, he tries to get in your face and kiss you ... A LOT. He would LOVE to sleep in bed with you, but sleeps fine in a crate. He would do best in a home with no young kids as he can be jumpy and might knock them down. ** SPONSORS NEEDED! ** Bailey's ultrasound revealed that he has a severe wall thickening in his small intestine. Bailey has been scheduled for a consultation with a specialist which will hopefully provide more answers.

This sweet boy has had issues with loose stool since he has been in the program. His dog food has been changed a few times and he was transitioned to hydrolyzed dog food in case his GI issues were due to food allergies.

We are only able to provide him with the required medical attention through your donations.

Noelle is ready to be adopted! This darling little 2-year-old girl is playful, happy and goofy. She enjoys squeaky toys, wrestling with her canine brother and cuddling her human. Noelle's back story is not know, but she does have some fear issues that she is working to overcome so her sparkling personality shines. She would do best in an adult-only home where her primary caregiver is a female and where she can sleep in the owners' bed, which is where she is happiest. She also is potty trained! Charley Too is ready to be adopted! This 10-month-old boy has lots of puppy energy. He loves food (of course!) so he will be easy to train! He bounced around before coming to Midwest BREW, but is now doing very well with learning how to be a good boy, including commands sit, down and touch. He is good on a leash and rarely pulls. Gets along with other dogs (including big dogs). He is very good at housetraining and stays in a crate during the day without fuss (although he does need a small bribe of a peanut butter Kong a small treat!) He LOVES to snuggle with humans. Charley Too is looking for someone who is rescue experienced who can help him continue to grow into a calm and confident adult.

MAX is ready to be adopted He is a handsome 2-year-old boy with a great personality and potential! He was surrendered due to no fault of his own. He enjoys his "neighborhood watch” duties and let’s out a big “ARROOOO!” to notify you if someone approaches the home. He gets along with other dogs and is 100% house-trained. {No accidents at his foster home!) He is energetic, but can also chill calmly on the couch at night and does not need constant attention. He does not have any bad habits other than the occasional countersurfing! He would likely thrive best in a home that is willing to invest extra time to teach him some basic training, such as walking on a leash without pulling or jumping. *** PUPPIES ALERT! *** The"Spice Litter" will be available for adoption soon. These boys are beagle mixes. DNA test results show that Dad is 30% Shiba Inu, 16% Australian Cattle Dog and a little bit Border Collie and German Shepherd. What does this mean? They have the bright and spunky personality of a beagle puppy, but they are very smart and trainable. They will be ready and vetted by April 20 when they are about 9 weeks old.

** BEAGLE MIX PUPPIES!! ** Aurora (top photo) and Avalon (bottom photo) are ready to be adopted! These 4-month-old girls are super cute and full of energy! Their mom is a beagle, but it’s a mystery about their dad. (Possibly boxer?). They are 22 pounds right now, but could grow to 40 to 45 lbs. when fully grown.
