Jody Haynes and Willa are trying new things!

Thank you to the German Shepherd Dog Club of Canada and judge Nicole Wiebe.
Today, Willa qualified for her Excellent Container search. We did our best in our interior search, but did not qualify. Our exterior search had a poopy end. I should have walked her first, as less than 20 seconds into the 3rd component we disqualified by her pooping in the ring. Another day of lessons for me.

Still went home with my bestest girl.

BEST EXHIBIT IN SHOW Specialty wins at the recent OES Club of Queensland. Huge thank you to both judges for these special wins.

'Wow stunning girl from the time she walks in the ring. Capacious head of excellent proportions. Strong muzzle with good bite. Correct moderately long neck. Forequarter and hindquarter angulation absolutely correct. Sufficient topline. Coat in abundance of good quality. Her reach and drive excel and I particularly love the way she uses her hindquarters in such a powerful way. This girl was easily my Bitch Challenge who then went on to be a very worthy Best In Show winner'.

'Excellent strength and very much compact proportions. She displays a large capacious skull with good depth, truncated strong muzzle, excellent eye colour with correct length of neck flowing into the withers placed well back; this in turn reflects the correct lay of scapula which combines with good length of upper arm to give near perfect forequarter angulation. The topline rises correctly over the loin giving this bitch the absolute desired topline. Exceptionally well balanced hindquarters giving an overall correct workman like movement that allows this bitch to trot and amble all day long. The breeders are to be congratulated on producing this exceptional animal'.
