I thought I'd update you regarding sales to the US, I've now switched off the option of parcels being delivered to the US.☹️
The majority of US orders have been posted, however despite working until 3.00am we have failed to complete all orders as we had hoped to do. 😱
If you haven't got an email from us or Royal Mail to say that your order has been posted then don't worry, we are in talks with Royal Mail as believe those picked up early next week will still beat the deadline, we will be guided by R.M. on this!
If we have missed the deadline Royal Mail have now said they expect to be back up and running with exports to the US in a matter of days which is earlier than they first announced, but of course we have no idea of the cost of this.
So, we hope the rest of the parcels will be posted early next week, as currently Royal Mail are saying these will meet the deadline. If this changes then we will email you, and send the parcel when the new rules have come into play but we will stand the extra cost. 😊👍
