This feedback made me smile, it' also a good reminder that you should desensitise your dog whenever you get a new style of muzzle- even if they are muzzle trained!

Emails!! They're driving me nuts. 😱 I can open and answer one email, then I have to log out and log back in to access another one. So I filtered them through Outlook, and it as all looking great until I noticed none of them had sent, they are all sat in the draft folder and no matter what I do they will not send.

So apologies but answering emails is a slow process at the moment.😱

We realise it must be so frustrating to receive an automated email to say a muzzle is back in stock only to find they have sold out when you try and purchase one, and we are relieved to say that we are now receiving Digbys and Cliffords on a regular basis and hope to be in a position where they aren't constantly out of stock!

As soon as they arrive we are putting them all for sale, which means we have a glut of orders, so please bear with us until we can despatch them which may take a few days longer than normal.

It's been a busy week! No matter how hard I try I cannot get my emails under 200, so apologies to those of you still waiting, we really are trying to get on top of things.
On a positive note we have sent out the vast majority of muzzles on preorders, with only a handful of orders, mainly Cliffords, that we are unable to fulfill, and these are expected within a couple of weeks. I am in the process of contacting everyone who is waiting for a preorder, but please contact us if you are waiting and haven't heard!

We have a small number of muzzles that will be put into stock on the website this weekend, and more stock will be arriving in about 4 weeks, when we hope to be in a much better position.

We appreciate how patient everyone has been in such a stressful time,

We can't stress enough how important it is to muzzle train your dog. On receiving the muzzle please don't put it on your dog and take them for a walk, or even worse leave them alone even for a few minutes with it on. 😱 Without a doubt they will try and take it off by any means possible either scraping it on the floor or pawing it off, not only is this distressing for the dog but you will set them back weeks in tolerating the muzzle, not to mention the damage they will do to it!

We are struggling! We cannot keep up with messages and phone calls, Huge apologies if you can't get through to us, however we are staying open until 8pm every night for calls and I am up writing emails well past midnight!
We need to funnel all messages to email rather than instagram and FB- so please copy and paste your message to [email protected].

XL Bullies- we appreciate the Government has updated their description of an XL Bullie and appreciate it still captures many breeds and cross breeds of dogs which is a cause for concern.

We are trying to help people as much as we can, however can I suggest you follow Loved Lola on Facebook.
Her owner is keeping up with the changes in legislation and is answering questions that many of you may have.

We are inundated with messages regarding muzzles for XL Bullies. First of all can I say that we are deeply sorry that you are all so worried about your dogs, it seems that the actions of a few are affecting the lives of so many. and it is humbling to see so many of you being proactive.

We do have muzzles that will fit some of the XL Bullies, those with leaner faces will fit the 110 and 107 in the size 6, others will need the Don pare 117 Giant in a Clifford or Digby size.
There is information on The Muzzle Shop website on how to measure and we also help with sizing. Please email us with any queries @ [email protected] as we struggle to keep up with messages on SM.

The 103 Tough muzzle is back for a short time, in a limited supply! This muzzle was retired by the Manufacturer however he found some more stock which we have snapped up!
