We’re getting on very well with the muzzle thank you, ###X has no issues wearing it and it must be comfortable because he really doesn’t behave any differently.
Thanks so much for your help, we’d debated so long about getting one for our nippy Saluki and no one has reacted in a negative way as I think choosing the white colour looks quite friendly (which he is, he’s just a mouthy player 🙈)

Many of our customers have reactive dogs and whilst the muzzle is good to use to prevent any mishaps, training is the key to resolving the issue and making walks more pleasurable for all concerned.

Dani Greenwood has worked with dogs for many years and offers really easy, stress free ways to train them.

Good news for USA Customers! Well not good as it is more expensive thanks to the new rules, however we have found a delivery Company that will deliver to the US and ensure all the charges are paid for.

I thought I'd update you regarding sales to the US, I've now switched off the option of parcels being delivered to the US.☹️
The majority of US orders have been posted, however despite working until 3.00am we have failed to complete all orders as we had hoped to do. 😱

If you haven't got an email from us or Royal Mail to say that your order has been posted then don't worry, we are in talks with Royal Mail as believe those picked up early next week will still beat the deadline, we will be guided by R.M. on this!

If we have missed the deadline Royal Mail have now said they expect to be back up and running with exports to the US in a matter of days which is earlier than they first announced, but of course we have no idea of the cost of this.
So, we hope the rest of the parcels will be posted early next week, as currently Royal Mail are saying these will meet the deadline. If this changes then we will email you, and send the parcel when the new rules have come into play but we will stand the extra cost. 😊👍

IMPORTANT US Customers- the new rules about exporting goods to America come into force very soon.

If you are thinking of ordering then please do so before Thursday 21st August.
Unlike any other Country in the world Trump has decided that the seller needs to collect the fees due, and pay them directly. We are trying to find a suitable resolution but there is very little information on how much the fees will be, and we may be forced into suspending sales to the US until the issues are resolved. 😱

Nyx is a beautiful little Collie girl who has had a troubled start but is now with a lovely couple who are working wonders with her. The dog I met was very different to the one they described when she first arrived with them.

Nyx is taking up competitive obedience which will be a great outlet for that Collie mind of hers.

It just shows that a steady and loving environment, coupled with hard work can really pay off!

It's been a hard day, and then I look at the Trustpilot reviews and find this one!
"I went on to their website after a recommendation I found on Reddit, and this website was everything I was hoping it would be. They gave me very specific instructions as to how to fit a muzzle to my dog and what I should be looking for. After ordering, I got numerous emails from the seller explaining to me how the process from here was going to work and constantly asking if I needed any help. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had. The Muzzle Shop has definitely proven themselves to be knowledgeable on what they sell. Highly recommend."

I cannot tell you how welcome this review on any day, but especially today is.

The website has grown and grown and we have loads of items and some people say it's really easy to follow, others say it's impossible! There doesn't seem to be a middle ground. 🤔
I am currently trying to build a new website on word press, and so I have decided to ask for your comments whilst I am building it to see what you all think.

All of our muzzles can be customised and made your own with different coloured straps, and most can also have a different coloured noseband applied as well.

We have a question for you, his owners friend says he is channelling his feminine side wearing lilac and I think all boys should wear lilac!
So which is it to be, is lilac a feminine colour?
Not that we care, Harry rocks in his lilac muzzle! 🥰👍
