DO NOT PET random dogs!
Ask if they say no it means no you don’t want someone touching you in public. Also that dog could be working as a protection dog or service dog,he might not be friendly either.
 and if you are the owner don’t let your dogs run up to other people or animals, and stand up for what your dog wants or needs learn their body language

Hi, I am a new dog trainer business. All of this started when I got my soul dog nova, she is a rescue GSD she came from a bad place. When we got her we found out she had fear reactivity and pulled on leash we started training asap, and skip to now she is almost completely over it. She is off leash trained, can loose leash walk, and is able to be around people with little to no problems. She still struggles a little with dogs but we are still working to get over that. Here is a video of her at my cousins baseball practice
I put her in a down, and she was amazing and neutral
