Today we were able to get 3 dogs and 1 cat moved out of the West Wendover Shelter and closer to their forever homes with a HUGE thank you to Best Friends Animal Society!! This was such a huge win to get these animals on their FREEDOM RIDE, and would not have been possible with out Best Friends Animal Society!! Thank you

I have a Belgian Malinois/border collie mix that I have to re-home. We just moved to Wendover and we are unable to keep her where we are staying. She's almost 2 years old, very spoiled, needs room to run and enjoys people. She does not like to share her space with other animals, but loves play dates. She is house trained and loves attention! She is trained for the most part, but still has issues walking on a leash, but is learning. She is very smart and curious about everything, she does not chew on anything, but loves her toys and space to run off energy! We are desperate to find her a very good dog loving person to spoil her like she has been with us. She loves children and adults and treats..... pizza is her favorite treat! This sweet Border Collie was running around Wendover for weeks! Several people were feeding her and trying to catch her. We finally got her to the shelter and she was terrified. Thank you Gayla for your excellent dog skills and transporting her. Thank you Arizona Border Collie Rescue for saving her life.

A huge shout out to Best Friends of Utah that transported three dogs today. The Human Society of Utah is taking the two Sh*tzu and Best Friends got the Husky. Thank you all for saving these dogs. Freedom ride!!!
