Ace in the Hole Rabbitry had a "first" at the Garden State Rabbit & Cavy Breeders Show in Augusta, NJ on 11/30/24.... Jody hitched a last minute ride with Ken Nesbitt to the show and represented Team Earle, SOLO!! ☺️
We were blessed to win BOB & BOSB in the Specialty Show (Judge Ashley Sweeney), as well as BOB & BOSB in both all breed shows (A-Judge Daniel Barrett and B-Judge G Joseph Colucci). We also had BOV & BOSV wins in several classes. 🐰
To top off Jody's FUN day, we were honored to win BEST IN SHOW, Show B, under Judge Ashley Sweeney, with Donna: Black Jr Doe. ❤️

We're extremely blessed and honored to have had an amazing 2024 Convention in Louisville, Kentucky. In addition to BOSB with our Black Sr Buck, we won Best Open Display (for which we had the privilege of receiving a grooming table that was made by L Dale Hansen). Below are our other top placings. We are excited to have had over 35 of our Polish find homes in several states, from coast to coast, North to South. Congratulations to everyone on their wins 🏆

Ace in the Hole had a fun weekend at the 2024 NY State Convention "Grand Finals" at the NYS Fairgrounds in Syracuse. We were honored to win BOB & BOSB in all 3 of the all-breed shows as well as in the Empire State Polish specialty show. In Black, Broken & REW we took 47 of the 48 class wins with 12 BOV & 12 BOSV. What a blessing!! Thank you to all of the judges for recognizing our animals. And a big thank you to our fellow exhibitors for helping Jody get animals to & from the table. Yesterday was our TARBA Show in Cortland NY. It was a very well attended show with approximately 1900 rabbits. Thank you to everyone who came out to the show and supported the club. With so many high quality rabbits and great breeders present we knew the competition would be tough. In Show A We were honored to win BOB in Polish with our our Black sr doe Taylor Swift and BOSB with our Broken Chocolate sr buck Billy Idol. In Dutch we won BOB with our Steel Sr Doe. In Show B we again were honored in Polish to win BOB this time with our Black Sr Buck 530pz and BOSB with our Broken Black Sr Doe Olivia Newton John. On the Best-in-show tables we were blessed to win Second Reserve-in-show with Taylor Swift for Show A and then in Show B we won Reserve-in-show with 530pz. Congratulations to the Lyons on their BIS wins with their beautiful Angora and also to Rob Frizzell and Tim Repine on their wins. Thank you to the judges for recognizing our animals on the show tables. So that's a rap on the 23-24 New York State Show season. Our next show will be in Bath NY on July 13th.

Yesterday we attended the Mohawk Valley RBA Show in Frankfurt NY. The weather was great and so was the show. It was a nice venue and well run. Congratulations and thank you to the club. We were extremely honored to win BIS with our Black Sr Buck 500pz in Show A under Judge Stacey Groncki. Then in Show B we went on to win RIS with (not a black!) our Broken Chocolate Sr Buck Billy Idol under Judge Corey Hayes. Thank you to the Judges for recognizing our animals.

Yesterday we split up Team Earle and traveled in opposite directions. I traveled four hours down to Augusta NJ for Garden State Spring Fling. As always it was a well run show with a nice amount of high quality Polish. I very much enjoyed visiting with the Polish Family members present.🎊 We were honored with some great placings. On the BIS table there were so many high-quality animals. Our Polish Black Jr Doe "Taylor Swift" won our very first BIS away from New York under Judge Dakota Manning for Show A and an Honorable Mention for Show B under Judge Gordon Williams. WOW! 🤩
Jody and Zachariah traveled up to Syracuse for The NYSF Old Timers Show with our Dutch and some more of our Polish. They did well. On the Show B BIS table we won BIS with our Black Sr Doe 634PZ and our Dutch Blue Jr Doe received an Honorable Mention under Judge Kyle Yacobucci. Yeah!

We had an amazing time at the 2024 Polish Nationals in Dodgeville, WI 😊 We were blessed to have solid placings in all of our varieties (and fur), but we were beyond honored to have won Best Opposite of Breed (RIS) with our Black Jr Doe, Taylor Swift!! And the cherry on the day was to win alongside of Evelyn Hansen, who won BOB/BIS with a stunning Broken Chocolate Sr Buck. Congratulations to the Wisconsin Club for hosting an amazing show, and Congratulations to each Polish breeder!!

My petition to run again for VP of the APRC has been officially accepted, and I would be honored to have your support at election time.
It's been my pleasure to serve the members of the APRC, first as the District 7 Director and most recently as the VP, for a total of almost 7 years! I'm extremely proud to have been a part of the positive changes in our Club, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to our Club's growth & progression. For those who don't know me, our family has been raising rabbits for 20 years, most notably Polish & Dutch. I am currently the President of 2 NY all breed clubs & 1 regional Polish specialty club and am ARBA Registrar #1204 (with a goal of eventually becoming an ARBA judge). I also enjoy serving on the APRC Standards Committee. In my next term as VP, my goals are: (1) To help find resolution to the "Dewlap vs Pencil Line" issue, (2) To increase our Youth Mentorship efforts and (3) To continue to work hand in hand with fellow Board members to find solutions to the challenges our Club faces. Rising tides lift all boats 😊 Go Team Polish!!!

On Saturday 4/20 we attended the Cattaraugus County Rabbit Show. It was a relaxing show. We were honored to win Reserve in Show with our Dutch Steel Jr Doe (ME180) in show A. In Show B we were honored to win Reserve in Show with our Polish Black Jr Doe (Britney Spears), at her debut appearance on the "big stage" (aka, a show table). 😄 Thank you to the judges for recognizing our animals. Congratulations to all of the other winners! We're on hiatus until Wisconsin/Polish Nationals.

Sneak peak of four Sr Bucks that be will moving on at Polish Nationals. Unfortunately, I'm having to make some difficult decisions on who stays and who goes. All four of these guys have produced great for us. More details and additions to come by the end of this weekend.

We're working on our sales list for Polish Nationals in May. We'll have a limited number of black Sr bucks available. Also available will be a handful of black sr does. All of these animals have been in our breeding program. Message me if interested. They will go fast.
