This is Max after we had him for awhile in 2020. I will spare you the pictures of him in the shelter. Max was not adoptable and most rescues would not take him either. We got the call to 'evaluate' him from Nelda at HSNT. He was not adoptable. We went home and decided to give him a chance, Obviously he let us know what a great dog he was, he's still afraid of strangers and honor that and still work with him.
Each of our dogs were not adoptable, but available to be euthanized. Each has become a great part of our lives. We cold not adopt them do to their situations, so we were lucky enough to add them to our family.
You can help with the terrible over population going on right now, it's breaking Rescue Groups financially and they're in need of donations, foster homes and of course adopters. If you can't do any of those, when you see a dog on FB in need, share it on FB, you never know.
And, I will be posting about another dog we hope to help get a home soon. We can't foster, but we can help HSNT with dogs they have that need a special home.
