Mum and babies (and auntie) in playpen while I clean
Bramble and her babies exploring their new space
Look how big Fern and Bracken are now (the babies who were dumped in the woods). Nearly clear of their precautionary 10 week pregnancy watch and ready to look for the best adoptive family ever
I like all of the animals to have clean beds on Christmas Eve, humans, cat, dogs and piggies. Here they are all clean and fed and warm and loved ❤️
Christmas tour of our Guinea pig haven ….
10 minutes of pigs getting their bedtime veggies and getting to choose, pig n mix style 🙂
Any not brave enough to choose were duly given their share afterwards ❤️
Pablo has me wound around his little finger / claw
Bonus if you make it to the end - Pablo and Pancake play tug of war with a piece of cucumber 😆
Yesterday we had a delivery of lovely hay from Natures Own Pets Ltd donated by a very kind supporter. The piggies certainly got excited to receive it!
Thank you so much Yvonne, as always, so kind of you ❤️
We also had a surprise delivery of Timothy hay courtesy of the piggieshed gang, thank you ! So lovely and green and fragrant, I’ll get photos of them enjoying it
Remember the 3 babies who were dumped in the woods? Well here is baby ‘Thorn’ and his new pal Dusty settling together in their new home. Thorn came along just as Dusty needed a new companion, and they’re very sweet together. They couldn’t have gone to a better home to start their new lives together 💙
Wait for the popcorning 💙
Remember the dumped babies we managed to catch last month? They’re getting so brave!
They’ve formed an unlikely but sweet family with 3 other single pigs that needed us for various reasons - Fuzzy, an older sow, Rocky a young neutered boar and Coco Bean a middle aged lady. It’s so lovely that they have formed a family group and the babies are gaining confidence from having the older ladies around
