Jersey Paws Lending Library The aim of Jersey Paws Lending Library (JPLL) is to lend cat and dog items. The lending is on a donation basis and we ask you to pay what you can afford.

Monies will be split between two charities Jersey Rescue Dogs and Our Shelter Halkida in Greece. Our primary purpose is to loan pet items, which people would not ordinarily wish to buy or may need in an emergency, such as crates, stair gates, ramps, strollers, prams and muzzles for use whilst travelling. All proceeds from lending activity are split between two charities close to my heart. These ar

The Christmas Special waits in the station at last year's Winter Wonderland.

It's less than a week until the Garden Railway Winter Wonderland Open Day - a great way to get the whole family into the festive spirit.

As usual - we'll be covering the railway in Christmas lights, have a festive-themed scavenger hunt to entertain kids and grown-ups alike and have lots of model trains running. There will even be a chance to play with some yourself.

We are so very excited to have our new shed. Meaning we can stock more and items are much easier to find! Hopefully meaning we can raise even more money for Liz Grayston's Fundraising for Cats, Halkida, Greece and Jersey Rescue Dogs Charity Shop & Fundraising Page. We’ve taken the decision to remove cat collars from our lending library. Many of you might be aware that the advice is collars can cause injury to a cat. For example if it is too tight the cat's lower jaw can get caught under the collar, which will prevent them from closing their mouth. There is a risk that the cat may be choked or strangled if the collar becomes snagged on a nearby object. It can also become stuck under one leg as per the photo. Pls don’t think this is a non Jersey problem. The lovely Carole Georgelin has had to cut a collar off a cat locally when it looked similar to the below.
