She had been surrendered to a rural shelter

She is very energetic and LOVES to run full speed at the park on her daily outings. Odette has a lovely, joyful personality as you can tell by her constantly wagging tail.

She has not yet met a person she didn’t like and gets along fine with other dogs. She has not been tested with cats or children, but would likely do fine with both given her friendly disposition. She walks well on the leash and is house trained with a dog door.

Odette is such a special little girl who would be a great addition to any family that will take her on walks and let her sleep snuggled under the covers with you.

DAVINCI

The lovely DaVinci is a 2 year old, 35 pound cinnamon colored female Daschund mix. DaVinci is shy with people at first, but she warms up with time, and has been known to be won over with treats and kind words. She's playful and patient, and really enjoys romping and playing hard with other dogs and going for fun walks. DaVinci needs a doggy companion to be happy. She's leash, crate and dog door trained.

Meet Cindy Lou Who
Hi! I'm Cindy Lou Who but that is such a mouthful that my mom just calls me Who! As in who am I? I am Who1

I don't know much about my life before being with mom and her bassets. I know when the nice lady picked me up off the road I was in a lot of pain. When we went to the nice vet-lady I heard them talking about a broken pelvis and a fractured leg. That was why the crated me for what seemed like a very long time!!! I didn't mind at first, but when I started feeling better I wanted to get out an play with all the others!!! I just love to play!

Mom had a talk with me and told me I'll have to be crated again. She says I have very nasty worms in my heart and that the treatment means I need to be quiet. Being quiet does not make me happy. And I'm even unhappier because Mom told me they could've been prevented if someone had cared enough to give me some pills. Why didn't they???

But she says that when that is over I'll be ready for my furever family. I'm so excited about having a family of my own and I so hope I'll have a brother or sister - with 2 legs or 4 - to play with and snuggle with! Maybe you're the one????

I'm spayed so I won't have any more pups. I know I had some in my previous life and hope they all have their furever families..... I'm also chipped and up to date on my shots.

I get along great with all the dogs and humans at my foster home. Mom says I'm the official greeter because I woof at all the new comers so they'll play with me! Would you believe some woof back???

Annie and Buster, an adorable brother-sister pair of dachshund mixes.
They are 9-10 years old, but full of energy and closely bonded.

Annie is an explorer and needs a securely fenced yard. Annie and Buster are making good progress walking on a dual leash. They do get excited when they see other dogs on their walks. They chase after cats, and should probably be the only dogs in the house.

Crate training is recommended, as these 2 are re-learning their potty training after spending some time in a shelter after their owner died.
Annie is thriving on a special low fat diet, which is keeping gall bladder issues under control.

Buster has no known medical issues. They are spayed and neutered, heartworm-negative, and up to date on their vaccinations. They are being fostered in Truth of Consequences

Update: Boogies listing is still there, but is Temp suspended like his brothers.

Update: Owner has not updated site on if they still are in need. It looks like Boogie was adopted, but we are not sure. Kain's profile is Temp suspended though.

My name is Roxie Rocks, because I ROCK! I am a Chihuahua and likely Dachshund mix weighing in at 11 pounds, and I am around 3 years old. I've had a rough start in life, but I believe in the goodness of people! Like Rocky Balboa, I fought valiantly for my life. I LOVE to snuggle! Once I got to know my foster siblings, I like to run and follow them. I am a bit protective of my food, but I was hungry a lot in the past.
