We understand not all pets can join you when traveling, for vacations, or family emergencies.
Some of the animals we care for are elder. Here at Mal's Pals, we take Palliative care very serious.
Providing your pet with comfort during their last moments with your family is a vital part of an animals humane ending.
Knowing there are things that come up in life, requiring us to step away for a moment, we HAVE YOUR BACK.
If your pet is receiving Hospice Care and you are worried about kenneling them, WE CAN HELP!
Not all animals do well in traditional boarding facilities, and not many facilities have 24 hour staff on site. WE DO!
We are equipped to provide all essential care requirements for your pet. Our team will create a care guide with you to implement ideal services while you are away. Your pets care guide will include an "ICOE" section. This will provide the team with any special request for treatment if something were to happen. (For example, if you prefer a certain Animal Hospital, or want a family member present, etc.)
Our goal is to help YOU and most importantly, YOUR PET feel as comfortable as possible while in our care.

Price list can be given as well. However, cost of services will be determined based on your specific needs, travel, time needed, etc.

When pets are scheduled to come to my home, it works out perfectly!
Our setup allows my personal pets (who are very well socialized) to have a separate part of the home.
While your pet has full access to the rest.
Mila is one of my regulars. She gets along well with all my personal pets. It works out great this way, BUT WE ALWAYS prepare for separation just in case it’s needed!

Mal's Pals has been offering Private Pet Services for 2 years.
However, I have 5.5 years of Animal Related Care in medical and boarding settings.
I created Mal's Pals in memory of a pet I lost suddenly in 2022. O'Malley was a dog that loved everyone. In 2021 and 2022 I had fostered and rehomed over 96 animals. O'Malley was tolerant and inviting to every animal he met. I continued providing care by establishing relationships with clients through work and pet adoptions. Most pets I started out watching were Geriatric. Most blind and/or deaf, with mobility issues. Then I began working with pets who just aren't comfortable in boarding facilities. Dogs and cats who don't do well without access to a human just about 24 hours a day.
At this time, I have 12 regular established clients, and about 3-4 clients that I don't consider regulars because I see their pets maybe three times a year. I would devote more time to Private Pet Services if I didn't have a day job, but my line of work allows me to build relationships and knowledge that benefit me greatly.
I offer quite a few private pet related services, with experience and client reviews to follow!
