Henry and Clemmie were married in 1914 and raised five children in a three-bedroom farmhouse surrounded by apple and peach orchards. As a family, they raised chickens and cows, cultivated a vast vegetable garden, and loved to go fishing down by the lake. The family dog, Duty, was a pampered pet long before it was commonplace for farm dogs to sleep at the foot of the bed. Duty was always guaranteed
a seat in the old green truck next to Henry and Clemmie, anyone else would just have to ride in the back! At Henry and Clemmies, we have a long tradition of making high quality dog gear.
