I am Blue Panda's Shimmering Tinsel. I let those closest to be call my Tinsel or Tinsie. I am a fun, outgoing puppy full of laughter and charm. No matter what life throws me you can't break my happy I am always with a smile on my face. I have a wonderful mom who lets me partake in many activities including Hiking, camping, herding sheep, and going to dog shows.
