Our sweet boy Kiba has gone to Rainbow Bridge 🌈🤍. This is the last photo I took of him.
For 12 years Kiba has been with us, when we adopted him from a family friend who had his parents. He was born on 11/11/11, a special birthdate that matched him. He joined us at 8 weeks old in January 5, 2012, when my husband and I were only dating at the time. We got married, have two beautiful children and Kiba has always been there as a constant family member all along the way.
I created this instagram for Kiba on January 11, 2012, to share photos and videos of Kiba’s daily life. I always shared “my dog is instafamous, he has 20,000 followers!” 😌 as my fun fact.
Thank you for being here and liking Kiba’s photos and videos. The instagram doggy community has always been a special place and Kiba had the chance to meet many friends from bulldog meet ups.
We love Kiba so much, and know that he was loved by many. ❤️ His signature guy liner and his puppy face with a happy smile always captured so many hearts.
As I browse through thousands of photos of Kiba that I’ve taken over the years, trying to remember every gesture, expression and poses of his, I know that Kiba lived a really happy and full life.
As hard as it is to say goodbye, he can’t stay by our side forever. Kiba is a fighter and as his health was declining, he spent one last Christmas with us. On the early morning of 12/27, he took his last breath in his bed in our home, where my husband and I both held his paws and rubbed his ears, telling him he’s such a good boy and that we love him so much.
May he rest in paradise and be running happily over the Rainbow Bridge. ❤️
