I hope you're all enjoying the sunshine!
Just popping on to notify all of my clients about the upcoming weather forecast for next week ... It's looking like another warm one so I will be carrying out walks as early as possible to beat the heat & keep myself + the dogs safe!

If the forecast hits 22ยฐ or above I will not be carrying out walks, instead I will either change them to a shaded, shorter walk if a shaded area is available nearby. If this is not available I will swap the walk to a home visit. Regarding home visits, these will only be done for those dogs that are alone, if the owners are at home please let me know asap so I can prioritize those that need me.

Obviously this is the UK after all so the weather could change at any given moment but I will do my best to keep all clients up to date with what's happening.

If anyone has any questions or would like to cancel/reschedule their walks please drop me a message.

I have the pleasure of pet sitting these two doggos for the next week ๐Ÿ˜ Sudds is a 12 year old staffie x & Luna is an 8 year old shar pei x. They were both a little unsure to start with but we soon became best of friends after I shared my treats with them ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ˜‰

Suggs & Luna have been so good on their morning walk, showing me all their favourite sniff spots + I've been playing chase & zoomies with Luna in the garden this afternoon. Safe to say we're all tired out & ready to chill out for the evening! ๐Ÿพ

Although my Friday clients have already been made aware I just wanted to let you all know I'm having this Friday, the 15th off work so will unfortunately be unable to take any last minute ad hoc bookings on this day. My phone will also be off during this time so any calls/messages will be returned on Monday 18th.

If all invoices from last week could be paid in full before Friday it would be very much appreciated as I don't want to have to chase payments on my day off/weekend. This week's invoicing will be done on Thursday instead ๐Ÿ˜Š

We found the perfect spot for our walkies today! ๐ŸŒณ Luna, Lady & I took shelter from the heat in the woods & had a little splash in the stream .. minus Luna who got grumpy because she didn't want to get her paws wet ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿพ

Rufus had other ideas on our morning walk ๐Ÿคฃ

I've enjoyed building a bond with one of my new furry clients, Rufus. He's always eager for our country walks no matter what the weather! ๐Ÿ•

Lily & I were joined by her older brother Muttley this morning for a slow stroll around the park ๐ŸŒณ He's just the cutest old soul ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ

My girl ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ We thought we'd head out for an evening stroll whilst Fee's daddy is at his dentist appointment. Hopefully we'll make it home before it rains! ๐ŸŒง๏ธ

Who's enjoying the sunshine!? โ˜€๏ธ I usually walk Lily two days a week but this week we've swapped the walks for home check-ins & we've also been joined by Lilly's brother, Muttley who is 17 years old! ๐Ÿ˜ It's the cutest thing ever seeing how excited he gets to play with the ball ๐Ÿฅนโšฝ

I was back with Otis this afternoon for a trip to another dog field. If you can't tell by the size of him, Otis is VERY strong & he doesn't always like other dogs approaching him ๐Ÿ˜… so his pawrents very kindly booked a slot at a doggy field for us to have a roam around in & thankfully the rain held off! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ If any of you are near Barnham Broom I highly recommend visiting Wagdale. They have a great, secure entry/exit in place meaning anxious/reactive dogs have the freedom to get in & out of the car in a safe environment away from other people/dogs ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ It has a very generous sized field that's clean & plenty of poop bins + poop bags available on site! ๐Ÿ’ฉ Otis & I particularly liked the small woodland area near the entrance that the dogs can safely sniff around in. Thanks for having us Wagdale! ๐Ÿพ

This dog, honestly ๐Ÿ™ˆ Copper decided he wanted to be a brown Labrador today instead of a golden lab ๐Ÿ˜… he cracks me up! ๐Ÿคฃ

I had such a heart warming moment with Basil during my check in this morning. For a 17 year old rescue dog who has been suffering with stability in his back legs, this was so wholesome to watch. He had so much fun bouncing & chasing around in the garden ๐Ÿฅน Basil is just the sweetest old boy ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ
