Little goat girl had a laceration repair of her eyelid 🥰
When you’re a tiny goat but you’re also a Houdini and your people love you dearly you may find yourself being videoed as you wake up from anesthesia at the vet clinic. #youredrunkgohome 🐐💜⭐️☀️
Our scheduler Carissa has something interesting in her chicken coop! 🤣💥
Snowflake the Squirrel says stay home and steal sunflower seeds from the neighbors when the roads are so slick. Perhaps the weather will be more normal next week? 🥶❄️
I’m pretty sure this is what Heaven looks like 🦙🦙🪽

Run fast ladies!! Our own amazing tech Amanda joined up with some of our great horse owners as they run this years Ragnar Northwest! It’s a 200-mile relay foot race from Blaine WA (the Canadian border!) to Whidbey Islands town of Langley. Super excited to see them pass through Coupeville.
Side note: Dr Farris has run 4 Ragnar’s (including Rainier 🏔) and is quite happy to pass the torch 🤣 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️
Some days are just really cool. This little lady was in for a fertility sonogram. Wait for it. 🤓
Everyone here at Harmony Veterinary wishes you a very Happy New Year. Even Phil. 💜
Best Post of the Day. 🐔
We all know social media has its pros and cons. At Harmony Veterinary it’s a way to distribute educational veterinary information, the occasional laugh and the ever important chicken photo.
Our team works our tail feathers off (see what I did there) helping animals and their beloved people. Sometimes though there are other people who need our help and we believe in community service. We’ve believed in community service for 27 years and are proud to have supported a variety of causes including providing an annual High School Scholarship, giving to the Northwest Therapeutic Riding Program, Island Haven Large Animal Sanctuary, Summit K9 Search & Rescue, Whidbey K9 Search & Rescue, Hope for Horses, Ryan’s House, many food banks and too many smaller charities to fit here!
November is our favorite Giving Month...and we will be collecting as usual for the island food banks. You will receive a 10% discount on your farm call when you donate 3 or more useful items to the food drive.
So...box it up, hand it over, and help provide for others to be rewarded with that great feeling of service AND the 10% discount.
With gratitude ♥️🙏🏻
It’s possible we’ve posted a video like this before but it never gets old. 🎉When ruminants (sheep, goats, alpacas) come into the clinic by themselves they are stressed. Herbivores find solace and protection from their herd and safety in numbers. Nearly 30 years ago I realized that if I added an unbreakable mirror in the stall the patients calmed down, vocalized less, ate better, and healed faster. Love these little guys!
