Alberta Cocker Rescue will be hosting an auction table at BRCA Camrose spring show March 22, 23 & 24th.
If you have an item to donate towards the ACR auction that would be greatly appreciated.
Arrangements can be made for pickup within a reasonable distance or drop off at CRE in Camrose Thursday or Friday on the 21st or 22nd.

Congratulations Stout - Rachris Wick’d Pint O’BlkN’Tan (Sire to three Rachris litters, AKA, the Stout Sprouts)

Mr Stout earned two “Best of Breed - American Cocker Spaniel” for 2023 in NASDA (North American Sport Dog Association) awards AND TWO Invitations to the 2024 NASDA Invitationals in June in Millarville, AB in June!

🔹 # 5 American Cocker Spaniel in Trailing & Locating 1
🔹 #3 American Cocker Spaniel in Urban Locating 1

Stout also earned his Urban Locating Level 1 title and his Trailing & Locating Level 1 titles in early September of 2023!

Folks as about where some of our Rachris Cockers get their collars & leashes … this one is shared by MegNic who owns and loves four Rachris American Cocker Spaniels!

This works very well as a maintenance ear cleaner.
This used to be made with Gentian Violet but they stopped production of it in Canada.
Homemade dog ear cleaner made from apple cider vinegar, boric acid, witch hazel & water to clean the dog’s ears and help maintain a healthy pH.
Pour ¼ cup water and ¼ cup apple cider vinegar into a container. Add 1 tablespoon of witch hazel and 2 tablespoons of boric acid to the water and vinegar and shake well.
Poor into smaller bottle with a bottle similar to hair color bottle with the tapered twist closing
Lid.
Fill the ear canal very well then massage the solution well into canal placing ear flaps over canals. Massage the heck out them at the top of ears that attaches at the head.
Always shake well before using.
Take a clean cotton ball after massaging solution in ear and whipe out xcess fluid and any debris.

Here’s another fun Santa photo from Megan’s Cocker Crew in New Brunswick, who is also part of the Rachris family!
Four out of five of Megan’s Cocker Spaniels are from Rachris!
Her two sables (Chani & Seffa); her black & tan boy, Leonard and her chocolate & tan Lulu are all from Rachris and her little Izzy fits in well with the whole pack!
